GoogleI was invited to give a review in a lengthy, yet pointless message I received after contacting them via Spareroom. My message was a simple yes or no question but instead I got paragraphs of nonsense forms requesting all my personal information and no real answer to my question, or any relevant information, for that matter. Clearly more interested in expanding their mailing list rather than addressing anyone's concerns, just another agency in London; I guess I cant expect any better
Dear Gabriel, Thank you for your review, however we do no feel that is is justified for you to make a claim that we are only interested in making our marketing list grow. We ask tenants to verify their contact details and to confirm viewings as we do not want to waste time with tenants who are not qualified to take our rooms. We take security as a priority and want to ensure all our tenants are vetted and are able to fulfill their obligations as a tenant; just how we are prepared as a landlord to fulfill our obligations above and beyond expectations. You leaving a review without experiencing our services seems to be utterly unfair. We kindly ask you to remove the review. We are happy to offer you a tailor made experience and invite you to contact us again to show you that we care about all our potential guests and would love to show you the cloud rooms experience. Thank you.

GoogleExceptional service from CloudRooms! They went above and beyond to help my nephew find a place in London. Their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and understanding of our needs. Ariel booked an appointment and sent videos of available properties in advance to save our time. Raj took us to different locations around East London in company car and showed us a great selection for our budget. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of finding a rental property in London.

The way of dealing was so impressive. Rooms with cloud rooms so good and affordable. I really got impressed by the room transfer service within them.
