GoogleI was a little worried about how good this company would be, but I have found the whole team at Cloud Rooms to be very professional and they really do try and help get things resolved as quickly as possible. They were able to rent my properties very quickly at the best market rents, they are careful about the tenants they place in the properties and they ensure that all maintenance issues are sorted out quickly and cost effectively. They provide a very personal service for Landlords and take the worry away from renting. The three people that I have dealt with are Kobir, Taj and Mehereen and they are all fantastic. I shall be giving them more of my properties to rent and manage as they become available in future.

GoogleMe and my partner went for a viewing and were taken care of by Raj. Right from our initial meeting and through out he offered us impeccable client service and was kind and respectful, giving us a tour of the office and how cloud rooms work with landlords and tenants to provide safe and comfortable homes which we really appreciated as new renters! He took us to the property whilst showing us the local area and took time to know us as renters to understand our needs and concerns on the journey there, and gave us a thorough tour of the property and the room we were interested in to ensure all our questions were answered. 5/5 experience and we’re excited to continue working with Raj to find our dream home!

GoogleI recently contacted Raj for a room He found me a beautiful EnSuite room in Catford, nice size and recently renovated. Was extremely satisfied with the full process presented by Mr Arthur in Preparing my contract. Very happy that my deposit is also protected by a government scheme. GoogleMy experience with this agency was disastrous.I would not recommend it to anyone unless your from Sri Lanka and maybe they help their own as a bussines. While i was in the hospital they decided to put a note on the door saying I do not leave there anymore and that’s I found out later as a police report has been given by my family as missing person. Number 2 you do not remove the belongings of anyone from anywhere even if they have not paid your rent still. Without an eviction notice on your door they are not allowed to remove any items or possessions that belongs to you regardless of you found the entire place. And some of this people that work for that agency have an attitude of a gangster who comes into your property unannounced to grab money of you, or some definitely need a psychological evaluation done before they work with humans.Never mind the problems that started way ahead.Should of done 2 police reports instead of one one for barging in the other one for assault.

We as an agency did not remove your items, the hospital you were admitted to contacted us to let us know you have some conditions (which we will not name here for privacy reasons). The hospital staff accompanied you and you gave the keys back of the apartment back to us confirming you are moving out. Your rent was not paid for 4 months; and we posted a notice on your door asking whether you still are living there. We also tried to contact your next of kin who did not respond to us. Your experience is not a true reflection of the service levels cloudrooms offer. We kindly ask you to remove this unsubstantiated review. Thank you

What stood out the most was his humble and honest nature, added to the excellent variety of rooms that they had. Highly recommend him and CloudRooms for anyone looking for a room. GoogleThis is the worst company i have ever seen they are not giving me my rent agreement and TDS certificate although i am paying my rent on time and the staff specially ‘Nathan’ he is very very rude the whole company is money vultures.
