Raj and the team at Cloud Rooms are consummate professionals. The process of finding the room and drawing up the contract was straightforward and quick. Once I moved in, the room was as described. I have reached out to the team for help on two separate occasions during my tenancy here. Once, I needed a plumber to come round and fix the bathroom sink. The second time, I needed them to provide me with some admin documents for my records. Both requests were met promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Cloud Rooms to anyone who needs to move into a place quickly and doesn't have the time to find a whole crew of house mates to rent together. You just rent an individual room, it's simple and straightforward.

The service was very efficient, all reference checks done properly and quickly! I moved into the new room very soon after viewing! The team are helpful and friendly and genuinely want tenants to be comfortable with their choice! They also allow you to transfer within their network of rooms if you require so :). The whole process of contacting them to contract signing took less than 4 business days, which is impressive as I was looking to move in in a very short notice. I’m a current tenant, and the service has been extremely poor. Avoid this company. The rooms are dirty, and all they care about is your money. I have evidence, and two of their employees are aware of the issues. I also have photos. If anyone is interested, please feel free to reach out. Imagine moving into a temporary room and finding bed bugs, dust everywhere, a filthy floor, and even an earbud left behind after they made me pay a deposit for a specific moving date, then changed the date after I had paid. Then after moving to my current room, I had to sleep for two days in an incredibly dirty room while waiting until Monday for a cleaner, despite being told I would be moving into a room that was already clean. Unbelievable. They even advertised the room as having a desk, but when I arrived, there wasn’t one, and they told me to buy my own. I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE. Avoid Cloud Rooms at all costs.

They gave me time for 48 hours to sort it out that’s been a three weeks now, they are forwarding my massage one to another department. Don’t have responsibility about tenants.
