Our first interaction with Cloud Rooms was through Ariel, where he assisted us with finding suitable rooms per our preference. Later we were able to book an appointment with Raj. Raj was really hands on with reverting back to each and every inquiry we had with alot of patience. He was kind enough to help us arrange viewing according to our convenience. During our viewing we had an interaction with Nina who was really nice to us and explained to us her duties. Our experience was quite smooth and well communicated. I am very happy about the services of Cloud Rooms from the very behining. Aerial was sending me the videos, and their description about the rooms are very perfect, it has every details which we want. After that we met Raj in their office and their office is beyond expecation. It was very big, professional and staffs are really nice. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE CLOUD ROOMS TEAM !! During my struggles to find a room in London, they came to my rescue. Jay & Spencer were extremely supportive on my journey to find the perfect room, they showed me 4 different room's around Whitechapel, Aldgate East & Bethnal Green and never once lost their patience with me and all my questions. They were even kind enough to introduce me to one of the flat mates staying at the property ! Eventually secured my favorite choice of room near Brick Lane Arthur then took over with my contract and documentation and explained me all the important points about my tenancy. Important Points to Note:- 1) They asked me to pay a one months security deposit, which they said is protected by Tenancy Deposit Scheme 2) Informed that the utilities are not fully inclusive, and that any overuse on Gas & Electricity out of my monthly allowance of 20 pounds for each, will be equally divided amongst the flat mates, and then charged accordingly from my deposit 3) That the agency provides a communal cleaning service once every 2 weeks, whereby the shared spaces are cleaned and wiped. (Great Free Service !!) Looking forward to my stay with Cloud Rooms :)

I had been looking for a long term rental in Central London and I saw an advertisement on SpareRoom that’s being advertised by the current tenant who will need to move out due to personal reasons. I had a physical viewing and liked the room and the price. The room is spacious and the communal area seems well maintained. As the room is managed by Cloud Rooms, I contacted the agency and was in contact with one of their staff, Arthur, very shortly. Cloud Rooms is also registered with schemes like Client Money Protection, Property Redress Scheme and Tenancy Deposit Scheme, so I feel safe dealing with them and paying them the money. The whole process from securing the room, verifying and checking my personal info, to signing the contract was completed in 2 days. Arthur made the whole process quick and easy, he was even willing to send me the documents very early in the morning. I received all receipts and safety certificates from him for the property I am renting shorty after the whole admin process has been completed. There is also an offer in rent if you are able to pay your total rent upfront. I have hopes that my stay with them will be as good as the services I’ve received so far.

Avoid this agency. had an awful experience with them and if i could give 0 stars i would. had a rat infestation and instead of sorting it said it was our fault and didn't fix the issue, then had one of there "approved engineers" come and look at our washing machine and said that we broke it. They have people come in and dirty your rooms and then expect you to clean it. Even on moving day they gave me the wrong the keys. Even now i have told them i do not want to renew my contract sent 2 emails no response and then try to get you to fill out some other form when you try and call the office no one picks up so they can get you into this 3 month pay period. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Trying to get anything sorted with Cloud Rooms is like pulling teeth. It is impossible to have any maintenance issues resolved efficiently and no one answers any emails or texts. I guess they will respond to this review asking to contact them at the customer service email address, although we already have multiple times and no answer… shock. Avoid at all costs. UPDATED - Thank you for replying to my initial email with an automated message to fill out another form which still hasn’t been answered…

Raj and team were really helpful for finding an accomodation for me and my wife when we newly came to UK in the month of January. I was more in to interaction with Raj as i contacted him through sparerooms. He is such an amazing, kind and very nice guy. I totally appreciate his professionalism and his dedication towards his profession. He helped us to arrange a viewing and the apartments which we was was totally nice, cosy and clean. I must say cloud rooms properly are the best and not like other properties which we saw from other agencies as per my own experience. I contacted Ariel through Spareroom about a room advertised. I paid the holding deposit without viewing the room physically and spoke to Raj who I arranged and had the viewing with. Raj was super nice and advised me on current market situation and gave me loads of advice. Even though I didn't like the room and I was nervous about getting my deposit back, Raj completely respected my decision and I was able to get my refund back! Nathan sorted the refund and I got it back within a few days even though I paid the deposit before viewing the room in person. Very trustworthy company and the nicest people! After struggling a lot with the agencies in east London I came across CLOUD ROOMS one day and boom! found my perfect room in a few minutes. The paperwork and documentation work was quickly done and I happily moved in to my room the same day which looked exactly how it was described and showed in the pictures. Raj and Aly have been very professional and are always contactable for any kind help or query. Nathan keeps checking on us to make sure everything alright. Unlike my previous agent (city rooms) who created so much trouble I find myself really Lucky to stay with Cloud Rooms. Even in the future if I like to change I’d prefer Cloud Rooms.
