You tried to scam me £117 for a new mattress. It didn't work out for you and you asked me to remove the review. You're disgusting and dishonest....hope people will read this and sabotage you until you really do what say. Bad rooms, unresponsive staff and managers. They asking me to pay a 3 years old mattress given to me when moved in. No proof of damage.And I left the same mattress when I moved out. If you're a tenant of them now, don't pay last month is your safest way. They have no shame or respect. Construction on my roof on weekend without notice beforehand,agent knocking on my door at anytime for viewings. Lack of responsibility and the worst agency I had in 11+ years in London. Avoid at any cost. Abusive and Liars. I stayed at 41 Saltwell Street E140DY 03/02/2024 until 02/02/2025. From November 2024 I've reported a faulty door handle which risked me being robbed and until I left no one cared about,so that door didn't get fixed. Then without a minimum of regard Saturday 8am I wake up from the hammer on my roof of 3 builders. Had to argue with neighbours when they came back on Sunday 8am. I think if you paid regularly you have receipts for the jobs done. Then at 3pm after a few days,on my napp,the agent just knocked unnoticed on the door. Then you come up with me paying £117 pounds for the old mattress that I had to cover the filth with 3 sheets to sleep on. I've been emailing and calling Arthur for proof of damage,receipt of new mattress,and return of damaged item. No response after 20 days just avoid and skipping. The claim it's not true. I can prove all my statement. Release my deposit!!!

Raj was the agent on the ground, he helped with all clear information and any tenancy details. Super welcoming! Rhenan was the agent that helped in booking an appointment, he also sent video’s of rooms in advance to save time and be efficient. There was also flexible option of *Free Room Transfer Service* within the CloudRooms network and complimentary cleaning service.

Worst letting experience I’ve had. As an international student, I agreed to rent the property based on photos and an online viewing, where it was presented as a high-spec accommodation. However, when I moved in, the actual condition of the property was far from what had been shown. I experienced multiple issues during my tenancy, including: - Heating not working for an extended period - No hot water at times - Broken toilet and repeated plumbing issues - Kitchen flooding on multiple occasions - Lack of basic amenities such as a proper dining space - Poor cleanliness and maintenance standards In addition, there were significant delays in response and repairs from management, which made the situation very difficult, especially during my academic term. I was also not clearly informed about the automatic renewal of the tenancy into a further fixed term, which created additional complications when trying to leave. Overall, this has been a very stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to carefully review all terms and ensure full clarity before committing. I am currently considering raising these issues with the local council. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting through this agency.

I rented one of their rooms via SpareRoom with quite a bit of fear at first. When you get a room online, without having seen the place and not knowing the city, you always have doubts, but both Ariel, Raj and Arthur were very open, human and decisive. They are trustworthy people. Obviously, the apartment is not Buckingham Palace, but they don't promise that either. What you see is what is available. Always honest and very professional. I am very happy and when I look for a room to rent in London again I will definitely contact them again.

I just wanted to share my experience, especially giving a 5* to Arthur from Cloudrooms Agency. From the beginning, notably during Christmas period, Arthur has always replied quickly and efficiently and explained things clearly! Even as I had to quickly find a replacement tenant (as I had to move out of London), Arthur ensured everything went smoothly and moving out was a stress free process. This has remained the standard throughout the tenancy for my room in Limehouse. I recommend Cloudrooms Agency as the cleanliness of the house was amazing and my room was in great condition - especially comforting as I had not visited in person due to not being in London at the time. Thank you to Arthur for making my tenancy in my favourite room in London (a rarity in London as I’ve lived in various places and areas in the 3 years I’ve been in London!) a pleasant stay. Please continue this standard guys, thank you and hope to find a room with you guys again when I’m back :)

I was booking a room with them through spare room and was helped by Ariel. I had paid a holding deposit for a room but then subsequently changed my mind after a couple of days. Ariel, and another member of staff, Raj, whom I talked to on the phone with, were so patient and helpful throughout the whole process and were efficient in their approach. I was given a full refund of my holding deposit and had no trouble from them! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff!

I have rented a double room near Mile End and I have to say I had an amazing experience so far with Cloudrooms! My stay with Cloudsroom was comfortable and pleasant. I found them on SpareRoom. The team was very helpful throughout the stay. As I booked the stay from overseas, they shared clear images and videos and arranged a virtual viewing. Nathan, Arthur and Raj were extremely empathetic and polite considering the situation, I was supposed to quarantine, and a short stay was arranged for my friend and me. While shifting to another property (at Liverpool St. Station) after the quarantine period, the transition was effortless and the paperwork was straightforward. The property has all the basic amenities and a weekly cleaning service (which is rare in London). The staff at Cloudsroom was on top of their communication on fixing any issue. Even I lost my keys twice and the team went beyond their working hours to resolve it. After moving out Mr Raj was very responsive and kind enough to help me collect the mail delivered to the old address. My stay of 9 months was hassle-free, would highly recommend :)

Unfortunately, I was not able to continue with the room because it did not meet the expectations I had after conducting a virtual viewing. Luckily, I was able to find a different place within a couple of days with another agency and Cloudrooms understood perfectly and returned all the rent and deposit I paid upfront. I would definitely recommend this agency as they have a very personal, understanding, and friendly approach.

I found out about Cloud Rooms through a friend, and so far, they are the best letting company I have worked with. Raj in specific was very kind and informative through out the process and was also intentional about getting me the space that suited my needs. Communication was seamless, he sent over clear videos and pictures of the specific properties and made sure to let me know that he was a call away in case I needed any clarification. As if that was not enough, the viewing appointments ran smoothly and were scheduled in a timely manner that was adequate for both parties.
