I had an exceptional experience at Clouds Room! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable. It was a great time living here, the staff is very friendly and nice, specially Arthur(admin) and Raj(from management), they are very good and very helpful. Overall, Clouds Room exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Awful. People crammed into tiny thin wall rooms, ppl having kids on the weekend. Cooking smells coming under doors, no fire or c monoxide alarms working (taped over), questionable mmo capacity, keep deposits because tenants early, chase guarantors who are innocent bystanders. YouTube : cloud rooms 17 Foley for above proof. I will consider delete this if invoice/deposit request dropped

I'm looking for a room in London urgently as I'm preparing to leave very quickly to go and live in England. Still in France, I need to find a place to live in two weeks. Quite tricky because either the rooms are already gone or they are not yet on the market and I need to have my place for when I arrive. I found on Spareroom a well placed room in the centre with a whole detailed description. I sent a message to the contact person who was the Cloud Rooms UK agency. Very responsive, they sent me to a form to choose my appointment date to visit it. Not being able to see it on place (because still in France), the agent who took care of me, Mr Raj (very understanding about my fears regarding the potential frauds in terms of personal documents to be given, reactive regarding my requests and listening to my problem of distance) sent me all the description of the room + a video of the house (from the outside to the room with all the common parts). I liked it so I decided to choose it. He still wanted to contact me to show me the room in real on Whatapp video ("what you see is what you get" he said, wanting to reassure me about what I was planning to book. The room was perfect, repainted, very clean). He explained the different steps and asked me to make a reservation for the room to be sure to block it. Unfortunately, my fears meant that I didn't want to make a transfer until the owner had accepted my application (even if they reimburse you if the application is refused) and another person on site was not only quicker but could move in before me. This is the game of course, "First Come, First Serve". I realised that in London, rooms go very quickly. But I thank Mr Raj for being with me all the way, always quick and kind. I really feel supported and helped - which is not the case with some other agencies I have been in contact with. Cloud Rooms treats you with politeness, humanity and reassures you about possible fraud (they also send you all the information about their company). And even if I could not get this room, Mr Raj continues to care of me and send me ads when he has a room that can interest me on the market. Thanks to him and the agency, I highly recommend them!

I have not had a great experience with Cloud rooms. I rent a furnished room with the agency - after a few months I have discovered that the mattress is black with mould and the bed base hollow and not fit for purpose. I requested a new bed per the room being furnished and Cloud rooms have refused to provide a new bed and have stated I must pay for a new one. Due to the mould issue I have raised a complaint with environmental health. Any tenant should expect a much better service from an agency and not this type of negligence. Really disappointing and I can't recommend that you rent through this agency.

Hi, my name is Alessandra and I'm from Milan. I found this agency through spare rooms. They immediately proved to be very kind and helpful. The first person I came into contact with was ARIEL (online sales), available 24 hours a day, friendly and able to fully satisfy my requests. The support throughout the rental process was constant and present. I wasn't able to see the room in advance as I was in Milan but very accurate photos and videos were sent to me: the entire house, neighborhood and room. After making the decision on the house I was put in touch with RAJ. Very helpful and approachable person. The contract and payment are all done online, an extremely simple procedure. Secure deposit and digital signature. They have always been very attentive to my every request. I was sent videos about the accommodation constantly. When I arrived at the apartment, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations and I called RAJ who immediately put me in contact with the cleaning lady NINA, who with extreme kindness and patience proceeded to clean the entire house more carefully. If I were to return to London I would rely on them again. Experience 10 100% satisfied I recommend this agency to everyone!!!

Felt Like Home!! Being away from family and friends is daunting, but the properties that these people offer made me feel at home. Spacious, clean and tidy are few of the many words that describe their rooms. I would personally like to thank Mr. Rajiv for being there for me, day-in and day-out. He was available for us whenever we needed him, if it was to boost the internet speed or fix a broken sink, he’d get is done within the promised time. The agency also made a personal whatsapp GC for me, focusing specifically on my issues, be it Admin, Complaints or getting something fixed. All in all, I had a really great time there. I have recommended it to my friends, and would recommend you too.
