We’ve been with CE for several years, managing a few of our properties. Unfortunately, our experience has been less than satisfactory. While it seems that CE is actively encouraging positive reviews on Trustpilot, possibly to offset a history of negative feedback, our personal experience has been consistently on a poor level.Despite having several Property Managers assigned over the years, we’ve repeatedly encountered issues with follow-through. PMs often fail to respond to our concerns, requiring us to constantly chase up on unresolved issues. This lack of communication not only frustrates us but also creates friction with tenants, leading to further complications during check-out processes. This also costed as an owner additional charges which we had to cover, purely on how documentation and coordination was done. Even when you escalate to Douglas or Kristal not much either happens.Several PMs, including Murat, Sam, and Louis, have been particularly ineffective. There is a high turnover of PM's and you do not get notified, and as an owner you need to find out who is your current PM is. They change frequently.For instance, John completely ignored a tenant-raised issue despite our repeated follow-ups over a month, with Catarina also copied on the communication (this is happening right now, lets see if we will get a reply). This is property management in name only, with little actual management taking place.

There was recently a fire in our flat, which caused the water heater to stop functioning.
