Chase Evans has been my property agent in London since 2014. So far, professionalism is demonstrated all the times. Kimberly Fernandes has recently been assigned to take care of my property. There are several teething issues from the new tenants during the recent tenant change. Kimberly is responsive and active in coordinating the issues for both sides.

GoogleI purchased a property through Chase Evans with Harry as my estate agent. Harry kept me well informed throughout the purchase and I was always in the loop as to what was happening. He was extremely easy to contact and always replied quickly, and professionally, which helped reduce any stress of the purchase as I could rely on him to keep the ball rolling. Overall, very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Chase Evans, and they would be at the top of my list if I were to sell or rent the property out in the future.

Abhijit has assisted me in renewing the existing tenancy of my flat in the Docklands. I like his style of negotiation throughout the whole process. He knows how to manage my expectation. I've had my rental property managed by Chase Evans for almost 20 years and overall they provide a good service. Occasionally something goes a bit awry when changing staff at their end but overall I'm very happy. Most recently Molly Pariyanukul was extremely efficient in getting tenants to agree to renew at a higher rental.

GoogleI like both Mary and Stephanie. They were not only helpful but very accommodating i.e allowing me to view the units in short notice even when they were busy. They gave me good advises along the process which I was very impressed with. I have not seen colleagues who work so well with each other, and did not matter who actually closed the sales. That should be the way putting the interest of the customer first. Since Mary was handling my case, she was always there whenever I had problems with my broker or lawyer and she sorted them out. On top of that she is ever so joyful and chirpy. Even though the sale is completed, she still attends to me without reservations.

I was in contact with Kin Lee regarding the renewal of my tenancy. I had been experiencing issues with my fridge for several months, and it seemed like the property manager was reviewing the matter, but I wasn’t receiving any positive response. However, when Kin got involved, they handled the situation better.I explained my concerns to Kin , and hefollowed up effectively. We managed to reach a resolution, and he clearly understood the situation, especially since my decision about renewing the tenancy was related to the fridge issue. I also needed a letter, which he provided .Throughout the process, Kin communicated everything clearly in English and guided me very well with detailed updates. Compared to my previous experiences, this one was much smoother, easier to understand, and more respectful. His help made a significant difference.
