I rented a property (IG11 7GT) through Chase Evans Lettings from October 2022 until the end of November 2025. Throughout the tenancy, I dealt directly with them for rent payments, the initial deposit, and all property-related matters.

He kept me up to date with the situation, always replied very promptly to my emails, and generally going through the process was easy and smooth. I approached Chase Evans who is managing my flat to pursue the Building Management as I have not got the statement of account from them in Jan 2024. I have been doing so previously but to no avail and to make matter worse, they slapped me with penalty for late charges. Bidhan Rimal from Chase Evans helped me pursue them and finally after 10 months, the building management produced the statement of account. I am grateful for Bidhan who went the extra mile to follow up and pursue them. Without Bidhan’s help, I don’t know how this is going to end.
