I am thrilled to have CE as my POC, specifically Kevin. Moving from another country is stressful enough, and he honestly put me at ease during the whole process of signing my new lease all the way to getting my keys, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Having worked in the property myself, I know how difficult it can be to find someone who has your personal best interest at heart so I really do want to emphasis that CE is privileged to have him as part of the team. GooglePre contract was very pleasant and efficient. I was happy as I was told the flat would be managed by chase Evans. Once I moved in, the experience has been a nightmare. They are rude , unhelpful, forgetful, have no attention to detail and are keen to discard you at the earliest opportunity. I’ve been trying to lodge a complaint and it’s being blocked by their supposed assistant team leader. No methods to escalate. Utterly disappointed. However was very happy with the agent ( Oliver I think his name was ) who helped me pre contract.

Chase Evans have been professional, responsive and very supportive in helping me find a flat. There were some issues that needed to be sorted upon my move, resulting from previous use of the flat and Noel Ng, the Property Manager has continuously tried their best to help resolve them in a timely fashion. In cases where this was difficult to do in terms of getting approval from the landlord, Noel worked hard to find a resolution that would work for both parties. I continue to be impressed by Noel's responsiveness, fairness, empathy and support in ensuring I have a good experience as a tenant.
