The experience was very positive overall. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and the team (call out in particular to Mint Mok) was responsive and helpful whenever anything needed to be addressed. In particular, the end-of-tenancy process was handled fairly and constructively, with a genuine effort to find a reasonable resolution. I appreciated the professional and pragmatic approach and would be happy to recommend the service.

It was a pleasure working with Mariam from Chase Evans. My wife and I have just moved from Australia and in our search for a new residence Mariam was one of the most knowledgeable agents we have dealt with. We were unfamiliar with some of the processes locally but Mariam guided us through everything and was very knowledgeable about the properties themselves well as the processes to secure a property. She gathered our requirements when we first inquired and proceeded to show us properties that met the requirements we highlighted. I would highly recommend working with Mariam.

I was experiencing a hot water shortage in the apartment I rented, and after I contacted my house manager, Adriana Chaba, she immediately contacted the apartment to confirm the problem, and an engineer to come to my home to help resolve it. The problem was solved within a day. A big thank you to East Property Management and Adriana Chaba for their very efficient and organized help!

My property agent, Xin Guo was very helpful overall. We had some issues initially and this was due to a faulty apparatus, which was very tricky to handle as it involved sourcing the part and trying to fix it correctly without damaging anything. Xin Guo really helped to push the contractors to get things done in a timely manner, and luckily things worked out in the end. I can only attribute this to the persistence of our agent in communicating with the landlord and the contractor. I’ve had very bad service from agents in the past and I can truly say that this issue was handled very professionally by our agent. Thanks Xin Guo!

My experience with Chase Evans has been a mix of both good and bad. But once the property management was transferred from Catarina Camacho to Adriana Chaba things changed for the better. Adriana has been super gentle and nice with me and fastened the process of my deposit release. I am very satisfied with Adriana Chaba’s help and coordination.

I had queries about the AST. and when I approached MR Danish Ashraf, he immediately contacted the personnel and got it sorted out. The response was very swift and got Emails from Louis Merrit. Mr Davide Frongia,M Danish Ashraf were very friendly , efficient and helpful. I have let out my apartment through Chase Evans for the past 18 years continuously Mr Peter Burgon manager at Docklands office has been very helpful I am getting very good service from Chase Evans

I am renting through Chase Evans and I have been in the same property for 3rd year in a row. My property manager Danish Ashraf has been very helpful in understanding my requirements and communicating the same to my landlord. He is always very responsive and understanding and tries to offer a solution. He listens to all the concerns and also follows up with next steps and checks to ensure a problem has been solved.

Chanelle Da-Silva in Chase Evans was the property manager for my property in Canada Water for the last year. A complicated issue occurred with the utility bill, Chanelle has tried her best to resolve the matter for me and acted on my best interest. She is very professional, honest and efficient. Although it took her more than two months to solve the issue, she didn't give up and followed-up all the way. Now the issue has been solved and I am very grateful for the result. I would highly recommend Chanelle to other landlords to manage their properties. Please note the above comment base on the individual performance of my previous property manager Chanelle Da-Silva only but not Chase Evans in general.

GoogleTo Darnell, Joynal and the lady manager… First of all I would like to mention that I am out of patience, today is 30th of June, I have moved to my new flat on 24th of May, since 36 days Chase Evans has not fixed the issues in my bathroom, the bathroom hose and the tub, which lis leaking and no actions have been taken, I have told them at least 6 times, once they got your money they dont care about your problems, they promised that they were gonna change the dining table along with chairs but they never replaced the chairs, I have a grey table with white chairs, it looks magnificient! like the other estate agents they only show you full attention until you pay the 6 months upfront rent…. I am hoping they will see this review and get back to me!

Kimberly Fernandes has been helpful in replacing our mattress for us very quickly. We do not live in the uk so it is difficult for us to purchase the mattress ourselves and Kimberly has helped us in a hassle free way. We are thankful. Overall, we are very happy about Chase Evans service as we believe after using so many others they are the most efficient and trustworthy agent in the uk.

We are tenants in the property managed by Chase Evans (East property management) and we are super happy about level of service they provide!Recently Danish Ashraf helped us a lot with the leakage from the apartment on top of ours - he stayed in touch, organized time for us and the owner of the apartment causing the leakage to assess the damage, and helped us agree on the resolution. In addition, Danish is always very positive and nice to talk to, and is always very mindful of our comfort and experience.

I had a very good experience with Chase Evans Property Management - my friend and I rented out a flat in Central London and for the entire duration of our contract, Chase Evans took very good care of us. It is important to flag that the experience was so good especially thanks to Mikkel Nielsen - our lovely property manager - who went above and beyond to always be on top of things and has always been ready to jump on a call and assist us with any issue or question we had.
