Checkout process & security deposit release

The company was very professional in handling the end of tenancy process (Otherwise known as the Check-out process). They sent a detailed check out report with photographs to act as evidence for the findings of the check out clerk, who works for a 3rd party inspection company and hence their report seemed truly impartial & free from bias. However, there were a few inaccurate items in the report which most probably are a result of an in accurate inventory process conducted prior to my checkin. Accordingly, upon first contacting Chase Evans about it, Murat Colak, was a true client centric senior manager who handled the situation with great empathy & promptly resolved the matter. We ended up quickly agreeing and my security deposit was subsequently released. Special thanks to Murat for same.

Best Property Manager Ever

If i could give ten stars, I would !Alan went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a properly manager.I have had some issues with the new flat after we moved in. Which I wasn’t expecting.Whoever Alan my property manager handled the issues professionally and was responsible, helpful and fast to get things sorted.From the first email he was in charge contacting my landlord and updating me, quick to reply and communicate and played a key part in ensuring the issues will be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.Kept following up all day everyday helping me settling in my new place.He didn’t leave me until I was completely happy and satisfied.I really appreciated that and hopefully, he continues to be the Property Manager.

The experience was very positive overall. My property agent

My property agent, Xin Guo was very helpful overall. We had some issues initially and this was due to a faulty apparatus, which was very tricky to handle as it involved sourcing the part and trying to fix it correctly without damaging anything. Xin Guo really helped to push the contractors to get things done in a timely manner, and luckily things worked out in the end. I can only attribute this to the persistence of our agent in communicating with the landlord and the contractor. I’ve had very bad service from agents in the past and I can truly say that this issue was handled very professionally by our agent. Thanks Xin Guo!

To Darnell, Joynal and the lady manager… First of all I would like to mention that I am out of patience, today is 30th of June, I have moved to my new flat on 24th of May, since 36 days Chase Evans has not fixed the issues in my bathroom, the bathroom hose and the tub, which lis leaking and no actions have been taken, I have told them at least 6 times, once they got your money they dont care about your problems, they promised that they were gonna change the dining table along with chairs but they never replaced the chairs, I have a grey table with white chairs, it looks magnificient! like the other estate agents they only show you full attention until you pay the 6 months upfront rent…. I am hoping they will see this review and get back to me!

Chanelle Da-Silva's excellent service

Chanelle Da-Silva in Chase Evans was the property manager for my property in Canada Water for the last year. A complicated issue occurred with the utility bill, Chanelle has tried her best to resolve the matter for me and acted on my best interest. She is very professional, honest and efficient. Although it took her more than two months to solve the issue, she didn't give up and followed-up all the way. Now the issue has been solved and I am very grateful for the result. I would highly recommend Chanelle to other landlords to manage their properties. Please note the above comment base on the individual performance of my previous property manager Chanelle Da-Silva only but not Chase Evans in general.
