HS Owen Torquay reviews

Hs Owen were fantastic. After a very bad experience with a high street chain we decided to give HS Owen a go, hoping that a smaller locally owned business would do a better job, and we were not disappointed. The service and communication was outstanding, they were fully involved in every step, managing every detail from the buyers, to the sellers and to all the solicitors involved, to get the desired result. HS Owen worked hard to make it a smooth transition. We would highly recommend them.

Friendly, professional and really responsive. Sam, Hannah and the team were great from start to finish, securing us a sale on the first viewing which proceeded smoothly through to completion - they kept us informed and updated all the way through. Brochure and photos were also excellent quality. Couldn't have been better!

After about a year with a national, high-profile agency and no sensible offers, we spoke to H S Owen and liked their personal, professional approach and appointed them instead. From the outset we got very professional brochures and a steady flow of viewings ending with an agreed sale after a short while. Sam kept track of how things were progressing throughout & kept us informed. Even when things hit a chain breakdown issue, Sam kept communications open with all parties and it was very comforting to know that he was genuinely working in our interests; the conclusion was a successful sale to the same buyers as soon as they could proceed. We would thoroughly recommend H S Owen for their quality of service, focus (and competitive fee scale!) Geoff & Chris Payne

When selling our flat we dealt mainly with Lewis Boe at this agency . We were extremely impressed with his helpfulness and incredible swiftness in replying to our emails . In the past we have had dealings with other agents who have fallen below expectation , so we were delighted with the way things were handled by Lewis . We would not hesitate in recommending this agency to anyone seeking to sell a property .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
