My partner and I are currently in the process of relocating to Paighton and have found a rental property with the help of Penny at HS Owen. Unfortunately after being let down by another estate agent, my partner and I were in a uncertain position with no where to live in just a few weeks. They are the only Estste Agents that I can highly recommend. If you choose them you will never be let down. My Sale Agent was Lewis. He gave me 5 start service at all times. We sold our house with HSOwen back in 2017, when I believe they were a brand new company and briefly started life in London (lucky for us) before they decided to bring the business home to Torquay. Hannah and Sam were brilliant. They took such great care of us and we really felt like we were in great hands. They seemed to genuinely care and were clearly lovely people. They sold our house in a few short months and got over the asking price! Gutted that they're in Torquay now as we won't be able to use them next time we move, but make sure you do if you're in their area. We can’t speak highly enough about Sam and his team. We sold our house in Torquay from Australia which meant difficulties with communication regarding time differences. Sam and Lewis were always extremely accessible and happy to talk at short notice. Our initial sale fell through, but they immediately gathered clients and organised multiple house viewings. We have just used H S Owen to sell our property and couldn’t recommend them enough. We firstly dealt with Carlie who talked us through the process etc and was very personal and professional and made us feel totally confident in our decision to go with H S Owen Her knowledge of the industry and area was impressive and the glossy brochures she supplied were extremely high quality. We then dealt with mostly Lewis who did some viewings and had an offer and sold within 2 days of going on the market so we were obviously thrilled. Lewis customer service goes way beyond anything I’ve ever experienced nothing was too much trouble for him, he was the go between for us and some difficult solicitors to deal with and was constantly helping us and chasing them. Lewis was always at the end of the phone for any queries basically corresponding with him was very easy and never made me feel like anything was too much trouble. He was on the ball with everything and has got a great personality. Everyone in the branch is very helpful if Lewis or Carlie weren’t there then Sam and Hannah were there to answer any questions and were always up to date on our sale so we always had someone to speak to. Everyone at H S Owen are very knowledgeable and wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the area to use to buy or sell and can’t thank them enough for a very impressive service all round.

Fantastic Estate Agents. Hannah went above and beyond with chain checks and chasing up lazy solicitors. Always replied to emails and calls and was helpful every step of the way from initial house viewings to completion. I moved 225 miles and was not in a position to view the house I was buying more than once. Hannah assisted with anything I needed to know from the seller. Without her I think the process of moving would of been a nightmare. Well done.
