from the 1st day the service i got from Lewis Boe was 1st class. Anything I asked he did promptly and effeciently, often going the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble. There are a lot of average agents in this industry and the 3 staff at HS Owen (Carly and Sam too) have restored my faith. Your property sale will be in good hands if you choose these guys!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From the first time Sam and Carly visited the property we were impressed with their attention to detail in all aspects. They used their experience to advise us on many aspects of the selling process and were with us every step of the way. HS Owen are the only estate agent I would ever use in the future, and I can not recommend them highly enough. An excellent thorough service, thank you Richard Roberts

Couldn’t recommend enough. Sold our house on the first day despite the hard times, kept us to date and when it was a complete mess between solicitors Lewis went above to try and get matters resolved which finally ended in completion :) very happy with our service. Thank you Lewis and hs Owen

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend HS Owen to any of my friends and family if they were to sell their home. In fact, I couldn't recommend them enough! From initial instruction through to completion Hannah and Sam were extremely helpful, friendly, approachable, professional and were experts in their field of work. Support a local business and before even considering instructing any agent, at the very least discuss your requirements with the team at HS Owen.

Both Lewis and Samuel have been fantastic throughout the buying process. We struggled a little with a fairly unresponsive solicitor at times, however Lewis was always on hand to chase things up and answer questions we may have had. I can not recommend HS Owen highly enough and have already passed on the name to several friends looking to change property. Thank you both once again...PositiveProfessionalism

HS Owens are super helpful and honest agents. We really appreciated the honesty in the photos and showing of the property we viewed. We would recommend HS Owens as an excellent agent who we would work with again. Lewis showed us round a property and we felt an instant connection, he was relaxed and honest. He was really helpful despite the fact we were unable to make the purchase we wanted to make (our fault not his). I’d love to buy a property via HS Owens if a suitable one came up for us :) thanks again.

I purchased a property being marketed by HS Owen and the firm was superb with liaising between the sellers' solicitors, the sellers, my solicitor and me. Sam, in particular, went above and beyond to chase both of the solicitors to move things along when things became protracted. Excellent service. Thank you.

Used them for the Probate sale of my late mums house. Sam was good to deal with and secured an offer for full amount on day one which progressed to a very rapid sale completion.

Lewis, Chloe and the team were fantastic during the entire process of purchasing our lovely home. Nothing was too much trouble and they made communications between us and the vendors seamless. If we ever sell we won't be going to anyone else.

Hannah and Sam were incredibly professional, efficient, and attentive. They communicated with us throughout the whole process and made us feel at ease. We instructed them after having issues with another agent and they worked tirelessly and went the extra mile to ensure we sold our property. We would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to our friends.

In the last 5/6 years my partner and I have purchased two properties through Sam and Hannah with assistance of Lewis. Their service compared to other estate agents was far superior. They are down to earth, knowledgable and really go the extra mile catering to you as a client in finding the perfect home suitable for one’s requirements. They are completely on the ball through all phases of purchasing and selling of both our properties. Running a company myself and understanding the trials and tribulations it takes to build a business I can safely say our minds was put at ease by HS Owen who are a well established family run business based in Torbay ticking all the boxes. Highly recommended! Thanks guys your help.
