We viewed a house with Lewis Boe and within 30 minutes we knew it was the one we wanted to make our home. Lewis was friendly, professional and able to answer all of our questions at the viewing. After our offer was accepted, Lewis continued his professionalism by keeping us up to date with progress, chasing solicitors when things were going a bit slow, and always provided a laugh when it was needed! Yesterday I viewed a house with my adult son and friend. We each came away greatly impressed not just by the house, but by the dedicated agent who so kindly showed us around. I'm very pleased to be dealing with Lewis at HS Owen. As a serious buyer who's been in the thick of finding the right property, having the right estate agent makes all the difference. By now, I have met coutless estate agents. The joy of viewing properties ha begun to wane. All agents have been eager to understand my requirements and come to my assistance. However, hand on heart, within a second of viewing my dream property, I forgot Lewis was an estate agent! Lewis is a man overflowing with merit in both the personal and professional. Lewis is highly professional with his approach to work. He is highly congenial, is an excellent and personable communicator, has a great deal of local area knowledge, understands what viewers need to know, yet doesn't bombard with information. He is a godsend because he's also a creative and imaginative thinker and gave me some brilliant ideas about possible ways to add space and dimension to the property. Also, he's practical and freely supplied advice about the order in which to carry out work. He pointed out things that I, my son nor my friend would not have noticed or considered. Lewis gave me plenty of time to gain a full initial impression of the house. He has an unhurried style without being at all casual. There was no hard-sell, no reading off a script and certainly no crowding my ability to make my own observations. Lewis gets eleven out of ten and a very big thank you from me for making our viewing of this dream house outstandingly positive. I look forward to more dealings and proceedings and have every confidence I am in the best hands.

I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Lewis Boe at HSOWEN Estate Agents, I would still be hunting for a home! Throughout the very long 11.5months conveyancing process, Lewis was always at the end of the phone or available to answer queries via email. He was very approachable and explained things clearly. Although this must have been a stressful experience for him too, Lewis remained calm and professional at all times, being the centre contact person for all parties involved. He was a font of information, and if he didn't know the answer, he would find it! I truly appreciate all Lewis did during this purchase, from the very first viewing to finally collecting the keys upon completion!

Lewis (and the team) have been nothing short of fantastic, with the patience of a saint! The process for selling/buying has been a horribly long one due to a series of bad luck, but Lewis’ perseverance to push everything through has been a godsend. Lewis Boe at HS Owen Estate Agents has helped me greatly during the process of my house purchase, as he has responded to all my queries immediately, and at times when he needed to contact the seller of the property to answer my query, Lewis would also do this immediately and reply to me instantly. In addition, Lews was proactive in contacting solicitors to move the purchase/sale of the property forward, and would give regular updates to keep everyone informed at the different stages, and to advise on the following steps to finalize the transaction. Importantly, Lewis was knowledgeable, and provided accurate information. I am going to purchase a buy-to-let property in two or three years, and I will be contacting HS Owen Estate Agents to manage the letting. I highly recommend HS Owen Estate Agents.

Lewis not only sold my flat very quickly, however worked tirelessly to get this flat sold and contracts exchanged as quick as he could. Using HS Owen was the best selling experience in all my 7 house moves! from valuation to selling the very next day, I found HS Owen to be the most professional estate agents I've ever used or indeed spoken to.
