GoogleI cannot recommend HS Owen highly enough. A friendly and enthusiastic team who really do go the extra mile to help you. Nothing is too much trouble and I have to say HS Owen are far superior to some of the other estate agents I have engaged. Thank you Hannah, Lewis and Samuel for all your help and just being....so nice! Dr. Deborah Allen.

GoogleAfter 2 years of lacklustre performance with 2 previous local agents. H.S.Owen secured a seriously committed buyer at an acceptable price within 2 days of listing the property. What else is there to say?!

GoogleWhat can I say!! Perfect all round, sold my uncle's flat within 3 weeks of listing it, after it was sat with a previous estate agent for 18 months, from start to finish we was regularly updated about when the property had been viewed and feedback from potential buyer, also regular contact through the legal process of the sale which was much appreciated to know what stage we was at and when we were likely to have a completed sale, We dealt mostly with Samuel owen and he was so understanding of what we needed, and was great with communication, I'd 100% recommend them and just wish we had gone to them in the first place thank you for all you have done for me and my nan
Hello Keeley Thank you very much for your review. It was a pleasure to help you and your Nan and we wish you all the best. Thanks again Sam

GoogleI have bought and sold a few properties in my time. I have dealt with a lot of estate agents... unfortunately some very poor ones! Estate agents in general don't have the best of reputations, and I have been victim to some real crooks!! However being a single man in my late 60s, I found Sam and Hannah at the firm extremely dependable. From the day Sam first came to my property in Torquay I found I could trust him. For me that meant a great deal as I had been let down in the past. I could not praise them enough and I have recommended HS Owen to all of my friends at my bowls club as well as my church. I know they too have now also had great dealings with the firm. This young man and his team will not only sell your home, but they will do it with real class. Thank you again, Mr Pilkington.
Thank you very much Mr Pilkington. We are very pleased you had a fantastic experience when using our services. We wish you all the best.

GoogleHS Owen were absolutely fabulous. They spent time with prospective buyers showing them around and really 'selling' my property. I was with another agent for 8 week with no offers and very little viewing. Within 4 weeks HS Owen had brought more people to look around and I had two offers! They kept me fully informed at all times and were extremely helpful and very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone putting their house on the market. If anyone can sell your property, they will!
Thank you so much for your kind words. We really do appreciate it and we were so pleased we could be of assistance to you in selling your property. Best wishes in your new home! Kind Regards, Hannah & Sam

GoogleI have just concluded a somewhat complex purchase through HS Owen and the communication and professionalism throughout has been firs class. A special mention to Chloe who took my frustrations with the process (which was entirely outside the agent's control) in her stride. Thanks to the whole team.
