What ever you do - do not got to Rebecca the mortgage advisor!! We went to her last year to renew our mortgage. She kept pushing for us to pay £600 for this scheme where we don’t pay any fees for future mortgages. We paid. A week later she’s telling us she can’t get us a mortgage! She would ignore all our calls and emails. So we decided to go independently and got our mortgage straight away! We continued to contact her for our £600 back as we received NO SERVICE from her to which she kept ignoring us! My partner has been going backwards and forwards with someone her office for around a year now ,who also agreed this was wrong, has now told us they’re not giving us our money back! Might I add we are two grieving parents that had not long lost our child at that time and she knew and met them the last time we’d met her. Praying on the vulnerable and conning them out of their hard earned money! Absolutely disgusting you should be ashamed!

Had excellent service from Freeman Forman (Tonbridge) earlier this year. They were not even my Estate Agent, but acting for the seller of the property I was buying. It became quite a complicated transaction due to my buyer / her solicitor delaying matters, but John and the team managed to hold the chain together and got us all over the line eventually. Would really recommend them!

The rest of the team were also very helpful and polite. Avoid using freeman Forman. They hindered my property sale, the agents are rude both on phone and email. They pressure you into decisions based on their vested interests. They have little knowledge of regulations for supposed experts and fall apart at the seams if the sale is anything less than straight forward. After completing you receive an automated ‘how was your experience’ email. If you try to reply with a negative score this doesn’t register and the page crashes. If you try to select 9 or 10 conveniently this then works. No surprise therefore that they get good ratings online if they are select about those they allow to be submitted!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Our experience of their service was as a buyer purchasing a house on their books. Even though they were representatives of the other party not us, the fact that they were so engaging, communicative and professional made sure that when bumps in the road appeared during the conveyance process we always felt like somebody was in control of resolving it and as a result all parties stayed the course. It's one thing marketing a house well (which they did and closed the deal with us days after it was first advertised) but their sticking with the process so dilligently and managing all parties so well tells an even more important story.
