After visiting many estate agents along Tonbridge high street, I chose Freeman Forman to sell my property. This was based on the positive first meeting I had with Vicky, where it was clear I would be left in good hands. I also found staff at Freeman Forman to be more sincere and less "pushy" than other estate agents I visited. The sales process went very smoothly, with good quality photographs taken, smart brochures published (Ben) and very quickly. several viewings arranged (mostly via Andrea), with a simple system to inform me of visits ahead of time. As I was abroad for most of the sales process, this was very helpful to me. Vicky and team were able to find the right buyer for my property, with an offer arriving in the first 3 weeks and the asking price being met within 2 months of being advertised: a good result given the number of flats selling in Tonbridge at the moment. Throughout the sales process, Vicky continued to act as a bridge between my solicitor and the buyer's, ensuring everything kept on track and consequently the sales process went very smoothly. If purchasing or selling a property in Tonbridge, I would not hesitate to use Freeman Forman again.

My partner and I recently viewed a rental property in Hampden Park, Eastbourne. Stephen was showing us the property and he is the BEST. I met with him a few days prior and he took all my details and immediately found us a property that fit our requirements. He answered all our questions, was very thorough, and let us have as much time as we needed inside the property. Freeman Forman Lettings in Eastbourne were happy to take the 10% management fees for 20 years when we let our property out through them, but when our tenant decided not to pay the rent anymore they were suddenly very unhelpful, they knew this was crippling us as the interest on the mortgage had shot up and with no rent coming in we were struggling.

We have just completed on a property with Freeman & Foreman, their services has been brilliant. I had the initial meeting with Arnaud the Executive Branch Manager who was very straight forward and explained the reason for the valuation of the property which I appreciated (we were with another estate agent previously on the high street & decided to move due viewing numbers). From the outset there was just the right amount of communication explaining viewings/feedback & figures from Rightmove. I soon got to know the Team and had honest conversations & concerns. Jess, Megan & Millie are friendly, professional & was easy to build a great relationship with them, it has made selling the property a lot simpler. Jess quickly helped us with issues with our conveyancer & quickly escalated issues & got them resolved. Freeman Forman in Uckfield helped me move into my new apartment. Thank you to Anna, Jack & Janice for showing me moving house doesnt have to be stressful! I went from an aweful experience from one of their competitors to dealing with the a stress free team that always kept to their word. From the beginning of collecting my keys to the handing of them over they helped with every situation, always got back in a timely manner, and are the kindest people to deal with for moving house. The landlord was the sweetest lady, leaving me cleaning products and extra bits ready for my tenancy. They were also very understanding when I advised I would have to end my contract due to the cost of living crisis. I will definately be returning for help with hopping on the mortgage ladder. Highly recommend these guys.
