Avoid using freeman Forman. They hindered my property sale, the agents are rude both on phone and email. They pressure you into decisions based on their vested interests. They have little knowledge of regulations for supposed experts and fall apart at the seams if the sale is anything less than straight forward. After completing you receive an automated ‘how was your experience’ email. If you try to reply with a negative score this doesn’t register and the page crashes. If you try to select 9 or 10 conveniently this then works. No surprise therefore that they get good ratings online if they are select about those they allow to be submitted!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Our experience of their service was as a buyer purchasing a house on their books. Even though they were representatives of the other party not us, the fact that they were so engaging, communicative and professional made sure that when bumps in the road appeared during the conveyance process we always felt like somebody was in control of resolving it and as a result all parties stayed the course. It's one thing marketing a house well (which they did and closed the deal with us days after it was first advertised) but their sticking with the process so dilligently and managing all parties so well tells an even more important story. A big thank you to all at Freeman Forman. My house sold in one day, following an afternoon of viewings. I found the team to be highly professional throughout. It was a particularly difficult period with buyers and sellers trying to complete before the stamp duty hike. The team did nothing but push on my behalf, and follow up every aspect of my sale and purchase on a daily basis, taking a lot of stress off of me. I would highly recommend Freeman Forman.

The most awful experience with Freeman…

The most awful experience with Freeman Foreman. I had to spend thousands of pounds to renovate my property because of bad tenants and very poor management! I went through the courts to evict the tenants and ended with thousands of arrears that were not managed since 2020.

After getting a few valuations for our property we selected Freeman Forman in Tonbridge as our estate agent. Another agent had offered a lower commission rate but FF provided the best communication by far and instilled the most confidence in us that they could sell our property. We liked that they were a well established estate agent and part of Countrywide. Despite having a bit of a bumpy ride with buyers, FF acted professionally and efficiently throughout. Any query we had was dealt with immediately and they went above and beyond to secure our buyers and see us through to completion.
