Fantastic service. We had the help of both Luke and Saoirse throughout our property purchase, and they could not have done more to help us. Always on hand to answer questions and chase things up. Kept us well informed throughout and nothing was ever too much. They were always pleasant to deal with and highly knowledgable. After dealing with another estate agents that was so disappointing I nearly gave up and took my house off of the market Alex from Romans came along and really saved the day. He was honest, trustworthy and looked after us from beginning to end. I cannot praise him enough

I have used Romans in Tilehurst several times to buy and sell my property and are extremely impressed with their professionalism and commitment. I am extremely impressed with their manager Alex Bicknall and Sales Advisor Jacob Flannigan and their recent recruit Andy. Nothing is too much trouble and their work is outstanding. Their communications throughout the whole process is impressive and they are totally trustworthy. I would have no hesitation in recommending buying or selling a property through this fantastic Estate Agent at the Tilehurst office. Keep up the excellent work guys.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Levi answered every single question no matter how small. Gave me some great advice and was always there when I needed him. Moving can be a very stressful time but they made it easy with no pressure. Cannot fault them in the slightest.
