GoogleWe have decided to put our house on the market and contacted Romans in Tilehurst, Alex came and explained everything in detail to us and we felt confident enough to proceed. We did try and sale a few years ago with Romans but had to back out as we couldn’t find a property to buy, we found all the staff helpful and courteous, so this time we didn’t consider going to any other agent.

GoogleWe are just getting settled in our new house, delighted with the service from Romans and from Josh in particular, who sold our house within 2 days of it going on the market. We were very impressed by his professional advice and attention to detail; he was always easy to get hold of to answer questions and we felt he had great integrity. A very different experience from using a different agent previously, top marks Romans!

GoogleGenerally a poor experience; for instance after we accepted an offer on the flat we were selling we received no written confirmation and no progress updates without prompting. However towards the conclusion of the sale, when we needed good coordination, JAMES who was not strictly involved in our sale was responsive, reliable and made things happen. Special commendation to him, he really was helpful and determined to push the deal along.
