FacebookParker’s have been excellent throughout the process of selling our house. Simon was very fair when negotiating a fee and took excellent photos. Charlie sold it within 48hours of it going on the market for full asking price! Emma was amazing with the after sales, helping us with some very challenging issues that we faced and keeping us updated and informed throughout. Would highly recommend Parker’s.

GoogleWe were in the middle of a chain and things started to go wrong. Quite simply if it was not for Simon in the Tilehurst branch we could have quite easily lost our new house. Strongly recommend their services, thank you again.

GoogleThe sale of our house with Parker’s was not straight forward due to recent circumstances but even with the team working from home during this time, we found them to be very responsive and incredibly professional throughout. Their use of WhatsApp to communicate as a group with the whole team makes things a lot faster and we would get a response to any questions very quickly. GoogleEditing my previous review: After a bad experience in September, where we missed two appointments and an initial chance to make an offer on a property, due to someone not really booking our appointments as we were being told, I can now rate again and move a couple of stars up. Kudos to Ellie, who took care of us in our search of a property continuously and carefully. We haven't found one yet but we will keep looking, also through Parkers Tilehurst.

Its unfortunate we had no record of your first booking when the property was sold. As advised when you booked your appointment yesterday the property had been remarketed as a precaution however the previous buyer has now progressed so our sellers have advised us to withdraw the property from the market again. Really friendly and very helpful. We were really eager to view the property but it looked like it would be sold before we got a chance, however parkers managed to squeeze us in last minute to get a chance to view it. Throughout the process they were there and always responded to our queries quickly. The only thing I would mention is not to use their suggested Soliciters. As first time buyer we wanted quite alot of communication about the process but the Soliciters would often respond with one word emails.... not very helpful and slightly fustrating as it felt like they didnt have the time to respond to us properly.

Excellent service from start to finish. Charlie gave a realistic valuation for our property which we were happy with and resulted in a buyer within the first week of being advertised. Emma then did a great job of keeping us updated and chasing up solicitors to help get us over the line and completing.Very happy to recommend Parker’s Tilehurst and would happily use them again.

Horrible experience in trying to book viewings for different properties.Just to give you an example:In September they made us lose a property since we had an appointment booked but, on the day of the viewing, I had to call again since I hadn't received an address and they couldn't find our request.We had to book on the next available slot, but on the same day they cancelled because the property already had offers and we couldn't participate anymore. Ok, nothing to do, let's move on.In November, 2 months after, the same property comes back in the market.We call them straight away and we book an appointment for the next day.Calling them on the next day, again the booking was not saved, so I asked them to please send us an email confirming the booking.Guess what? Again the viewing, 2 days after, got cancelled.Similar to this happened with other properties, whoever is working in their offices is a real joke.Don't trust them and don't sell your houses through them.
