You’ve both been a big help with Jayne finalising a house for me and my son I’m forever grateful, always responding quickly and answering all my questions and queries such pleasant service.Tara my property manager has been nothing but efficient since I moved in with any issues I had and got on to repairs etc within days!Couldn’t of asked for a better service from the both of them! GoogleI recently had to move house twice due to landlord selling their properties of which I was renting. The staff at Parkers, especially Steve chitty was amazing in helping me find somewhere to rent. He went above and beyond to help and was very understanding with my situation and the fact my son is autistic and made great effort to make the process easy as possible. Lisa was always lovely when I had inspections and every person I've spoken to in the office have been nothing but friendly, professional and welcoming. I would certainly recommend Parkers for all your letting needs. Great team of people. A+++++

Parkers did a fantastic job on the sale of our property in Tilehurst. Sold very quickly at a good price. The continued updates and sales progression, particularly from Simon Gregory to get the matter to exchange and completion was far superior to my previous sales.

GoogleWe were first time landlords (joint owners), and used Landlord services offered by Parkers, unsure of what to expect. To our pleasant surprise the whole team gave us very good professional service and were extremely helpful (Particularly Steve). Steve is unfailingly willing to advise and help, responding promptly to any request and providing the necessary and appropriate degree of assistance in a timely manner. It was not the easiest of transactions, and did have some issues with ever changing tenant’s situation. This put us into some concern initially, but Steve managed the situation very well made the whole move so much easier with minimal impact to us. The colleagues are nice and friendly and are a pleasure to deal with. Now looking back into the whole process, within the constraints of our involvement in the estate agents world, Parkers support has been faultless. We are extremely satisfied with the overall service and would have no hesitation in recommending Parkers for Landlord services.

GoogleI cannot thank Parkers enough! We had nearly given up finding a property in our local area. Steve Chitty responded to our request immediately and worked really hard for us and our landlord in securing this tenancy. Georgia Crewe was responsive and proactive. We have actually enjoyed our the whole experience! With Steve Chitty, nothing was too much trouble ( and there were a lot of issues to sort out) He was professional, helpful and kind. We were not overlooked just because we are the tenants. We actually felt like we had received a great service, not just the landlord. I think a lot of companies can forget that the tenants are actually putting up a lot of money at the beginning and it can be a very stressful time (depending on circumstances). I will definitely refer friends and family to Parkers and have talked to many people that knew of our situation and I have praised Parkers. I would like to thank you all and hope that my comments are passed to the individuals mentioned. Many thanks, Zoe and family.

It was great experience to deal with Parkers at Tilehurst. They got us excellent price for our property with competitive fees. They also kept us informed on any updates. Our chain almost fell through twice but Simon and Bruce were brilliant to make sure our buyer held on to it and took lot of efforts in getting this through in the end. At times I however felt that they were favouring more to our buyers and the sellers of property we were buying from their different branch when it came to negotiation of offer price post survey and some legal complexities during the process. But overall I am happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Through my first home to my rather rushed move when I was having my twins, the team have always provided me with incredible service, they've always been open and honest about the processes and fully understood my needs when choosing the perfect home. If anything, at times... made the process fun because i've genuinely enjoyed dealing with the team and individuals. They've been amazing....
