As first time buyers Parker’s have made our House purchase so simple and easy with so much support of help along the way! Specially from Emma she was amazing, updated us all the way through, from submitting our offer to right when we picked the keys up, we couldn’t thank her enough for all her advice and support along the way, no question was to small or silly, purchasing our first home during Covid-19 wasn’t ideal but Parker’s made it happen! Thank you once again Parker’s Tilehurst! Honestly couldn’t recommend them more.

GoogleThank you ever so much to team Parkers Tilehurst. Initially I chose another estate agent as they offered a lower fee however the Parkers team kept in touch during our marketing and after a rather torrid time with my initial choice I switched to Parkers Tilehurst who truly lived upto their promise. Their photos and virtual tours were fantastic. We sold our property in about 4 weeks and achieved exactly what we expected price wise and even slightly more than what Parkers thought although still within their agreed marketing price. Ellie negotiated particularly well for us although we didn't exactly make her job easy :) Emma was brilliant at keeping in touch with us once the sale had been agreed and we was really impressed how they validate buyers to ensure they are fit to proceed, very efficient. I would definitely recommend Parkers Tilehurst and will use them again next time for sure, well worth the money.

On our Sale we invited three agents to price our property, Parker's were by far the outstanding agent that we discussed the sale with, their local market knowledge, their realistic pricing, their superior approach to marketing our property and their communications during the sale process made the experience easy to deal with and led to a successful sale at our targeted price.Our purchase was made a much easier process due to the fantastic level of communication from their team and especially our main contact Simon Gregory. Every detail of the process was communicated in a very efficient and timely manner, all questions were always answered and resulted in us buying a property in a location we had always wanted to live in. I bought my property through Parkers a few years ago when property was at a premium price. Ollie handled my queries and offers on the property liaising between myself and the house owner to get the best for both sides and even went beyond the call of duty and kept me fully updated at all times when most agents wouldn't have bothered. I genuinely felt he cared that I got the property I wanted. Simon and the team then dealt with things during the after offer acceptation process. Simon dealt with things in a very timely and helpful manner when at times he probably wanted to tear his hair out sorting all the little details of things that could have potentially gone wrong. Parkers sell and rent out a lot of the properties around the Beansheaf Farm & Fords Farm Estate in Calcot and I would have no doubt in recommending them to others. 3 years in my home and I love it, thanks Parkers ! :-)
