A big thank you to the Parkers team who worked tirelessly in a difficult market to find me a buyer. It was not an easy process with the chain breaking down twice however I always felt comfortable that Parkers were in control and had my best interests at heart. Having sold two houses before I can safely say the service I received from Parkers was above and beyond what I had previously experienced and should I ever need to sell again in this area I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Worth every penny.

Very disorganised! After looking for long time, had found a home that we were genuinely interested in. Sent an offer in which was accepted and got a survey done on the property. It was a waste of money to carry out the survey. The property was sold before the survey report came back and Parkers did not inform us. They didn't give any proper explanation as to what happened.

If you are trying to sell your house and wondering why it’s not happening maybe my experience can shed light on the reasons. We booked a house viewing for Saturday at 1.45pm - got there early and after 10 minutes no-one had arrived. Called the office to be told - that property isn’t on our books - I assured the person I was speaking to I had arranged a viewing via the Tilehurst office and the board outside the house said Tilehurst office and they said oh yes - but you can’t possibly have a viewing as it’s not in the diary. I explained I had booked and confirmed the person’s name - was then told well they have another viewing at 2pm so you can’t have one. So disappointing to make all the effort to view a property to be let down without much consideration.

As this was our first time in selling needed everything to be straight forward, and be able to understand what was expected from us as a seller. We have recently sold our house with Parkers in Tilehurst and were very pleased with the service they provided. They were very professional and always returned calls. We were particularly impressed with the photos that were taken and the extra time that they took to make sure they were showing off the best of our house. We were originally told that they would sell our house in the first week and they certainly delivered on that. Unfortunately we lost our buyer a few months in and had to go through the process again, but once again they sold our property quickly. I like that Parkers showed potential buyers around the property as I am sure it wouldnt have sold as quick as it did if it was my husband or I showing them around. I am hoping not to move again but if i was to, i would go back to Parkers in Tilehurst.

I have had vast experience of many agents across the UK and overseas and can honestly say the service I received from Parkers is by far the best. I am hard to please when it comes to customer service but I could not fault them. I never had to ask twice for anything which is a rarity in this day and age. The personal service they office is second to none. Fingers crossed I will not be needed the service of an Estate Agents again in the near future but if I did, they would be top of the list.
