GoogleExcellent service - the ladies kept me updated throughout the sale and purchase process. They worked hard to move along so that I could exchange and complete in time. Would use for selling and buying again. Thanks very much!!!
Thank you Nicki for your glowing 5* review of our local Bairstow Eves team. It is always great to read such positive reviews from our clients. Kind regards, Scott

TrustpilotHow do you give zero star
How do you give zero star? Trying to get my deposit back, Olga, Elizabeth and the rest of the team have been tossing me around. I moved out 2 months ago, my former landlord checked the apartment and was happy for most of my deposit to be refunded but these guys are telling me my deposit refund is now "uploaded for a review" Stay away from them, they are rogues!!

TrustpilotBairstow Eves, Billericay
After renting with Bairstow Eves, Billericay for 5 years. What an awful experience. The attitude from the staff to the wait time of repairs (months) was ludicrous. Even to this date trying to our FULL deposit back took over 2 weeks! Why? I am so glad we don’t have to deal with this company anymore! Good bye & farewell.

TrustpilotPoor service Sutton Branch
Poor service all around. Estate agents sold services and then once that was done never bothered to really keep me updated. I had to ring them with updates and then when making an official complaint, that was just ridiculous as well. They have given conflicting/false information and haven’t been helpful towards myself and partner. Wouldn’t use to buy, sell or rent a house with these!

TrustpilotBest Property Agents - Highly Recommended
I am very happy with the help and quality of service I received from the whole team namely, Charley, Nicola, Karl, Carly. Specially Charley who chased all the parties involved for me on a regular basis to ensure my purchase happens within my expected timeframe and before expiry of my mortgage.

TrustpilotThe agents here are completely…
The agents here are completely irresponsible. They don't follow up and treat people badly. I am a buyer when dealing with them. They lost our information sent to them, don't care about data privacy, and are very rude when we ask for a confirmation whether they have finally received our details. I will never let them sell any of my own properties

TrustpilotBairstowe Eves Grays
I unfortunately did not sell with Bairstow Eves, which was my biggest mistake. I spoke with Patrick at the Grays office, he gave me so much help and information, he went over and above. I would 100% trust this guy and should I ever need to sell I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Please take heed.
