Im not someone who usually leaves reviews howevr I have been left with a sour taste. I have been viewing properties for approximatley a year now and I have had varying degrees of estate agents, some great, some poor and some as expected. It has been a stressful year with other things going on including trying to get onto the property ladder. I went to view a property being sold through Unique. I was shown around the property in 4 to 5 minutes, the tenant was in the property whilst viewing it so I felt as though I couldn't look in cupboards, open windows, tests the taps etc because I felt as though I was disturbing them. The agent that showed me round did not seem interested and concluded the viewing by telling me that they had to go to another house for a buyer to measure up, giving me the impression that she was only interested in houses that had been sold and wasn't interested in a first time buyer on a lower budget. I feel as though I was being an inconvenience to the agent despite changing my schedule to fit in with the estate agent as they were unable to show me round the property when I initially wanted. Compare it with today's viewing from amother estate agents where the agent showed me round then let me look around again in my own time and every question I asked was answered. World's apart.

Bought our new home through Unique recently. From start to finish they went the extra mile, helping us to find local contractors to check things like the electrics and central heating, as we lived out of the area. Any queries we raised though Unique to the seller were dealt with quickly and fully. Special mention for Dominica and Olivia who were not only helpful but also friendly and made us feel very comfortable in asking any questions. Unique? They certainly are.

100% recommend unique estate agency. We have bought a newbuild on Tarkbrook Park through them as well as selling my house and every step of the way they have been brilliant. Olivia always responded very quickly to any emails and was always very helpful either in person or on the phone no matter how many times I called ! I love that we bought our new build home through them as it made the process so easy with it being all under one roof. It was never too much trouble for them to pass on messages to my buyer and visa versa. I would 100% recommend selling your home through them. The whole advert for my home was perfect and sold very quickly.

Fantastic experience with Unique Estate Agents. Phoned up at 5pm to arrange a viewing on a property. I wanted to view that evening as I was in the area viewing others. Dominique phoned the vendor and got us an appointment the same night. We offered the next day and I made it clear we needed to complete within 6-8 weeks (I already had mortgage agreed). With the help of Dominica this was achieved: she kept in contact with me and the vendor throughout and also pushed solicitors where required. Without her we wouldn’t have viewed the house that night or completed so quickly! Every member of staff in the office was professional, polite and friendly. My partner and I have just moved into our first home on the new Tarnbrook Park estate in Thornton. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing however the team at Unique have been amazing throughout the whole process! Kevin, one of their mortgage advisors, who helped secure our mortgage offer was brilliant at explaining how everything worked. Olivia who handled the development has been amazing from all the emails, phone calls and even helping out on her day off, the service she gave us was second to none. The process hasn’t been an easy one (through no fault of Unique’s) however Olivia has supported and guided us right up until completion yesterday. I have used Unique for the second time in four years and I have to say their service is absolutely exceptional. The house was sold in surprsingly quick time, despite a downturn in the market. The staff were all polite, friendly and above all professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, especially after previous experiences with other estate agents, who were more concermed about their profit than custome care. We have just recently moved into our first home and can not recommend olivia enough, she kept us updated with every step from beginning to end and couldn’t stress enough if we needed anything or had any questions to contact her straight away. Olivia and the unique team helped me sell my house after the first buyer pulled out last minute. From start to finish, the process was so easy and quick. Due to a 3rd party issue the buyer pulled out, however Olivia helped me save the sale within 24hrs and a week later we completed. Olivia did not stop at just selling the property, she helped bring it to completion. Amazing service and I couldn’t be more grateful.
