GoogleAfter having a bad experience with a previous estate agents & mortgage advisor I was convinced I would never get a mortgage. Until suzanne and her team stepped in! I can't explain how amazing she was & so patient with our 1000 questions we had during the process, now we have been in our 1st home for 4 months & I don't think it would of been possible without Suzanne's help & all of the other staff at unique. I would highly recommend! Thank you again xxxx

GoogleFantastic service. A warm friendly and personal greeting from all the staff at Unique. I have been a client for Suzanne before and the service has never been any less than exceptional. She helped us find a much better deal on our current mortgage and has saved us hundreds of pounds. We will continue to use her services and when we come to sell our house will look to no other company than Unique. If there was an option to give 6 stars I would!

GoogleGot the job done. Customer service OK. Would have been nice to get a congratulations on the day of my move. Instead I got 2 calls asking for my keys! I would go elsewhere next time.

GoogleAlways believe you should find time to say thank you when you have experienced an extremely professional team that have a relaxed/ caring approach. Proof that Unique Estate Agent has got all you need to seek your property, the house had been on the market for 6 months with a different estate agent..... Not a single viewing! First week we went with Unique..... Viewings and an offer.... Sold subject to contract. So here comes a massive thank you to you.

GoogleThe go-to Estate Agents for the Thornton area. We had a particularly protracted house sale (all to do with issues further down the chain) Dominica and the rest of her team's tenacity in getting the transaction over the line was second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Unique's services again

GoogleThe colleague's that show a buyer around your property are very laid back don't know anything about the property they are showing a potential buyer around so sale lost, they do not talk to the potential buyer in the respect of what the buyer is looking for. So a bit hit a miss

GoogleI have just completed a purchase of a property with Unique and they were so helpful, always available to talk and had great communication. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

TrustpilotBrilliant service
Brilliant service. I was looking to rent a property and I had a few issues getting in contact with the landlord. The estate agents were all lovely and so patient with me even though I probably called them a hundred times.

GoogleI dealt with a girl called Jenna & when you view a property & it's affordable & your interested in it they give it to someone else & they don't reply! she's no Angel, oh no. she's the type you would put across your Knee...typical sales people they love telling lies several times they don't remember speaking to would be Customers ha ha!

GoogleReally nice firm to engage with and just the right amount of contact, not too much so that you feel fed up but not too little so you feel lost. I know that it's their job, but they were helpful and very pleasant without any complaints.

GoogleExcellent service from Unique Thornton, sold property in Blackpool within 24 hours of sign going up. Communication from Dominica throughout was impeccable and friendly. Could not rate Dominica more highly! This is 3rd house ive sold and definitely best estate agent I've used, couldnt recommend more.

GoogleCouldn't find the property in the website despite seeing their board outside the house. I kept checking over s couple of weeks -. Nothing
Thank you for your review. We are however very disappointed that you have given us a 1 star review. If you could kindly give our office a call on the number that is also on the board we can hopefully get to the bottom of this as without knowing which property you are referring to we cannot help you. We are open from 9am
