GoogleWiithout any shadow of doubt it's the 100% best in the area, They sold my house last year in 6 days, all was great and going through when I was diagnosed with lymphoma, I had to pull out, they were awsome and so helpful, it's back on the market again now, I've had the all clear, already had 9 viewings in 3 days and looks very promising that 2 viewings are very very interesting, fingers crossed, and a big big thankyou to unique sfaff especially Dominique and Olivia, xxx

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with unique over three years ago , they sold my property for more than asking price and never stopped helping me through every detail of the process everyone in house could not do enough to help i returned this morning to see the financial advisor to arrange funding for a new project it was as if it was yesterday they all new my name and I honestly felt so welcome great team and Suzanne as always professional and honest advice and did not stop until there was a solution once again I left the shop fully in the picture I would not hesitate to use them for everything you need they really do care and that is very rare these days Thank you Suzanne and all the team at unique. GoogleI have dealt with the Thornton office twice now firstly to sell and I was treated like a friend rather than just another client which is a nice feeling i had previously had other agents and was treated as a number, and not one viewer charged to unique and a completely different story so friendly and first name terms had viewers and sold without any problems, when I decided to look for another property it had to be unique and yes the service was excellent so a big thank you to Dominica and all the staff for their professional service unique is the best agency on the fylde coast

Placed our property on the market with unique on 29th of July 2021 signed a sole agency agreement Big Mistake was told by Sam we had a 14day cooling off period nothing about paying a fee of £600 should we withdraw the property from the market. Contract to be posted for us to view at our leisure did not happen as we would have picked this issue up underhanded to say the least.

GoogleI would wholeheartedly recommend Unique Estate Agents in Thornton. From our first meeting with Gareth at the house for a probate valuation to our phone call from Dominica to congratulate us on completing the sale they have been amazing all the way through. The sale ended up being not entirely straightforward but at no time did they try and put pressure on to go another direction than the one we took. They are all about what is right for you and not just about the sale. I would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleI have to say we were with another mortgage advisor who was not doing the job properly and kept on leaving us for weeks at a time, us not knowing where we stood. I got recommended to Suzanne at Unique and as soon as i rang she had me come to her office writhin the hr she gave me some great advice for free. Our house was a repossession so it was time sensitive. We gave it a week and our other mortgage advisor had literally done nothing towards our case so we moved to Suzanne. All I can say is she gets the job done!! She advised us so well and really guided us through this journey as we are first time buyers. she is so lovely aswel and would always get back to us no matter what time or what day it was, if we had a question she was there to answer it. she fought for us to get our house with us as farrel and heyworth were pretty much useless in our case and kept on holding our process up. I would never use anyone other than Unique. Thank you so much Suzanne and team!!! xxx

GoogleUnique We originally visited Suzanne and the team at unique to put our property on the market in 2018, after unique arranging 8-10 viewings within 2 months we decided to take our home off the market and stay put. Suzanne then helped us find the best possible rate and mortgage, as we was on a high variable rate, Suzanne goes above and beyond to find the best possible outcome. She doesn’t just offer the minimum service like most, she has your personal circumstances at the heart of what she does. We have not only saved money that we can now put to better use than towards extortionate interest rates, but we was helped to realise there was other options available that doesn’t mean you always have to sell your home to find what you are looking for. Highly recommend unique if you are looking to sell your home, remortgage your property or even look at insurance, Suzanne will better any service/price you will find on the fylde cost. At first we highly doubted that we were able to get a mortgage due to my partner being on a 0 hour contract but with meeting with Suzanne it was made clear to us that it was possible. The team are so professional and pleasant to speak to and while going through the mortgage procedure we were communicating with Suzanne both out of working hours and when she was just about to open her second shop. GoogleAwful experience with unique! Myself and my fiancé were told we were the successful applicants for a rental and that we were just waiting to hear back about the landlords insurance. I called back the next day for an update and was cut off by the lady on the phone saying that they’re still waiting to hear back also, so I leave it for a week. I rang today as I hadn’t heard back and was told the property has now been given to other applicants! Disgusted that we were never rang or informed of this whatsoever.

GoogleMoved from another local estate agents after nine months & two fallen through sales to Unique after they were recommended. Two weeks on the market & the house was sold, this sale has just completed. The difference between Unique and previous estate agent was huge. You assume because they’re “both on Rightmove” it’ll be the same just with different fees, this is more than incorrect. Unique were fantastic for many reasons, the communication is spot on & I was very impressed with the service as a whole. When you compare them to others, it makes sense why they’re so popular & come so highly recommended. Thank you!
