FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. You have put our mind at rest and we are no longer stressed about the renting process. Look forward to working with you in the next couple of months. Thanks again!

GoogleJust having to post a review about how brilliant Giles is being in helping us to buy our new house. He is incredibly good at putting our minds at ease and we so appreciate that. We feel very lucky to have him taking us through this. Whenever we have questions or concerns he is on the phone to us advising/helping in whatever way we can. I have heard horror stories about estate agents, but there is nothing to worry about with these guys! They're fantastic and we would highly recommend them. Thanks Giles!

GoogleI have been very favourably impressed by the service given by Chancellors in Thatcham regarding the sale of my property. My estate agents, Georgina and Giles, kept me informed at all times of what was happening up to the point of sale, subject to contract. Thereafter, Gareth Walsh kept me updated regularly on the progress of the legal work involved in the sale. He was diligent, courteous and helpful at all times. My less than satisfactory experience of buying only served to highlight what an excellent service Chancellors provided. Thank you all.

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

GoogleI definitely do not recommend it. I strongly advise against !!! An agency that earns money from someone else's misfortune! They cheat, lie, manipulate !!! They take no responsibility for their services. For example: despite confirmation of check out at 9 am, they do not feel responsible and do not appear on the date. And they tell you to wait all day at 4:30 pm. And also announce that there will be no compensation. I strongly do not recommend these scammers. They belong to the circle of scammers !!!

GoogleIt's a shame that I can't give minus five, cause I would. I've booked a several viewings with them over last couple of years and every single time there was an issues like turning up without keys, turning up 30min late, canceling viewing few hours before but the latest one is complete shambles and makes me wonder if they have double standards for different people. I had a viewing booked last week which then was confirmed by email on Friday and also confirmed by phone call today, when arrived at the property I waited about 30min just to receive a call from the agent saying where the hell I'm as he's waiting for me at an open house - which I never booked the viewing for.So when I told him that he send me the confirmation by mail Friday and also called this morning to confirm the address and that we are definitely coming he said that he doesn't recall neither of this activity. I've seen hundreds of House's via tens of agencies but after what happened today, I don't want to have anything to do with this bunch of unprofessional people.

FacebookI recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. I highly recommend chancellors estate agent and I am very impressed with Declan Hartigan. After my Smooth transition into my new home I also have perfect after-care service. Robert Higgins

GoogleWhen went for a viewing we couldnt actually see the house as they had locked themselves outside! Then we applied for it anyways though a video viewing, everything was fine and they accepted us after applying, but then they asked for references and gave us only 4 hours notice of when they needed them by! We had to call people and pressure them into a reference because of this. We also were asked to pay first months rent before being 100% sure we'd be able to rent? After referencing was sorted and everything was finally fine and we calmed down, we got an email saying pur tenancy agreement was cancelled?!??! No other info at all. I called and they only picked up after the 3rd call and said they cancelled it because my name was spelled wrong on the agreement, but I dont remember seeing that as I would have remembered that? Even if it is true, I had 0 clue what was going on. I'm still waiting. All references and tasks on our part are done, as well as full first months rent paid. We did our part now we dont have a tenancy agreement and we havent heard anything back. Oh and also, we are supposed to move in less than 24 hours! I hope this review wont affect the move even more but I'm just disappointed. I was so eager to move and have a beautiful homeNegativeProfessionalism
