I've just had a successful letting with Chancellors in Sunningdate. I dealt mostly with Jenny Wintermeyer who was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and very well informed. Because we were pressed for time, they pulled out the stops to finish all the paperwork in very quick time and in a very professional manner. The team who answered the phone were also very polite and helpful, especially Kate and Lauren. [Sorry I didn't have the chance to speak with Fraser - I'm sure he would have been just as helpful.]

Me, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

What a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

Just having to post a review about how brilliant Giles is being in helping us to buy our new house. He is incredibly good at putting our minds at ease and we so appreciate that. We feel very lucky to have him taking us through this. Whenever we have questions or concerns he is on the phone to us advising/helping in whatever way we can. We would recommend Chancellors at Thatcham for anyone looking to sell a property. The friendly professional staff dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently. It was great having a team who were happy chasing things for us even after the sale was made. Special thanks to James for securing the sale but also to Giles and Craig too for conducting viewings to suit us causing minimal disruption. Not only did we sell easily through Chancellors we were also lucky enough to win the prize draw for a luxury holiday, so thanks once again.

We recently decided to use chancellors to sell our property. It was an easy choice for us as we used them to buy previously. Both times we dealt with Georgina and i must say she was such a help! I have recently let my flat through Chancellors in Thatcham. The service from the staff at Chancellors, has always been professional, nothing was too much trouble. Particular thanks to Maxine and Ben. Unfortunately the original let fell through on April 24. Maxine and Ben immediately got my property relisted and we selected a new tenant on April 29, the new tenant moved in on May 8. Many thanks to Maxine and Ben for fantastic service to get the property let and tenant moved in on the original date of May 8.

We used Chancellors to sell my two bedrooms flat in Thatcham. Luke completed the valuation of the property and spent some time running though the full process of selling a property. They quickly organised for some professional photos to be produced and a selling brochure was completed and sent to us for approval. When the property was advertised on the website and rightmove, we received lots of viewing requests. We were often given a weekly update on who was visiting and the dates and times so it was easy to prepare the flat for each viewing. After each viewing an email was received which gave full feedback from the clients on what they liked, and any areas where improvements can be made. We also knew whether the clients were investors, couples or second viewers. Georgina kept me updated with any developments and handled the negotiations on the offer prices extremely well. I would recommend using Chancellors when selling your property in the local area.
