It was a long story. But keep it simple.The staff is not professional and impatient. If you want to try your luck here, please go ahead. They will just offer easy work and make easy money. However, you are looking for a real service, buying a property, management a property, rent a house. Please pick someone reliable. This is my advice.FYI. 'Thank you for wasting my time. ' This is what I heard at the end.

Awful company to rent from. Barely gave any deposit back despite the act I replaced all three rooms with brand new carpets and paint. Charged me for ridiculous things that weren't justifiable at all and scammed me out a deposit. Would never use again and the other bad reviews are completely valid. Do not rent from this company!

1st time buyers straight from the off very pushy constant harassing phone calls through out the sale more than at least 5 a day 5 months down the line all settled into home and now knowing more they miss-sold us falsely by miss leading us about parking on the property and about not informing us on police presants off the area caused directly off the seller of property, be careful of this company and also the sellers being very miss leading over all never will I buy or sell with this company shame I never looked into there previous reviews before hand.

Only one star as you can't t give zero! Tennant leaving report received while on holiday in Spain ssys all in good condition. I don't know when the person that inspected the property has their specsavers appointment but it needs to be soon. Holes in walls filed but not rubbed down, holes on door framed for gates i suspect for a dog that wad not allowed , smoking inside property again not allowed. And definitely not clean.Would never use them again.

I rented out my property in Manchester through Beldoir. They did not process the rent until the day before it was due again. This was such an issue I had to get the tenant to pay 6 months rent upfront.They are supposed to send a video of the condition of the property every six months. They failed to do this.The tenant moved out having caused thousands of pounds worth of damage to the property. Beldoir have just asked him to pay 250 pounds. He is refusing to pay for a professional clean. I paid for a professional clean in the beginning so each tenant should pay for a clean. My husband is a plumber and is fixing all the damage himself. Beldoir ignore landlords when they call saying they are short staffed. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. In fact I really don't understand how it is still in business. Do not use this company under any circumstances or you will regret it.

As per a lot of the other reviews another awful experience. I booked a viewing with Moe and asked if anyone viewed the property before me how it would work if they offered. She promised me everyone would be able to view said property they would then take in offers and send to the landlord. Today my viewing was cancelled before I could see the property. Not only did they lie the customer service when phoning to understand was awful. Kept trying to pass blame and not give any support - AVOID

LANDLORDS BEWARE, high fees, they also charge an annual fee for ‘regulation checks called a property passport’on top of their monthly fees (£120 plus VAT). When you want to cancel the contract because of these fees, not only do they charge one months rent plus VAT they tried to say that it was 3 months notice to cancel. My lawyer looked at the contract and was able to cancel immediately but still had to buy myself out of the contract. NEVER AGAIN!

From start to finish worst experience and worst company to deal with. Not professional in the slightest, Falsified documents from the very beginning of my tenancy, allowed their clerk into my property without consent after my tenancy agreement had been signed and begun. Stacey Robertson repeatedly sends sarcastic emails and is the definition of unprofessional. The only person who has been ok to deal with and agreeable to any extent was Michael.

Disability discrimination.Refused to arrange a viewing on a property even though they had already confirmed the date that viewings were due to be taking place.As soon as they found out I have a disability, they changed what they said and said they would have to let me know about viewings.Then they lied and said viewings were already fully booked.They couldn't lie straight in bed.Cearly a company that hates and discrimates against people with disabilities.I have reported them to Trading Standards for investigation. Doubt they will carry out a thorough and proper investigation though as they should.Why are the Government allowing this. They should make sure businesses doing this are fully investigated and prosecuted.

Trying to book a viewing, but whoever seems to answer always keep directing me to online website booking, on which the viewing are difficult to book becoz of sometimes being a new add and sometimes old.This kind of online processing is difficult for the customers.It should allow us to book flexible viewing dates, apart from the ones available online.Very unprofessional/unhelpful staff as well. Please look into this, to make experience more customer friendly.Thanks

I would not give you 1 star Jaime at the Bolton branch she has took it upon herself to keep hold of our mail to which we run a business in the same building she also keeps opening our mail which contain clients personal data she’s seen everything the letter is this not GDPR she was confronted about the matter she then took it upon herself to then post the mail under the office door when confronted she gave a terrible attitude to me your right she sits there playing with her nails staring out the window giving people attitude and aggression also making sexual advances at males coming in and out the building no self respect what so ever Jaime you should go sit in a salon this obviously is starting away from dealing with this woman for estate agent side of things but you should not do this job you should go sit in a salon get your nails polished

This has to be most impersonal company that we have dealt with. My family and I were given a months notice to vacate the property due to the tenant leaving. We asked for an extension to give us time to find a new place to live. They have said no to this and are more thank happy to see a family with two children on the streets. My advice is to never deal with these I appreciate it’s a business but they have no morels.

I wish there is an option for zero star, TrustPilot should probably work on that because this company needs it. Every time I book a viewing with them, they cancel a day before the viewing (I live in Hull and the property I want to rent is in Grantham). Both times they cost me train tickets (those are non refundable). Natalie said all we can say is we apologise. But when I came here to write my review, I saw the number of reviews they have. I decided not to deal with them. Unfortunately, this decision came after a loss of 75 pounds in unused train tickets. (The reviews go to their generic info email account which I am sure they do not check, why would they, they know what they're doing).

Absolutely Descusting The Day I moved in flat was descuting mouldy and dirty But moved in anyway after deep cleaning Reported the windows were leaking(I mean water gushing in when it rained!) Took them 6months to get them fixed (kept sending the window man to the wrong address)Also had doggie electrics! Electricity report said poor and unstable electrics! and No fire alarms ! They come round to inspect property every 3months wrote down all the problems yet non were ever done (apart from the window eventually)1year and half later enough was enough So decided to move out.The estate agent sent numerous people round to view flat and they were all under the impression I would show them roundThis was never arranged with me and I would never of agreed 2 anything of the sort as I am on the autistic spectrum and struggle with socialising and anxiety (they were also made fully aware of my condition.)When then my mum complained about this after so many knocks on the door they turned round and said well its along way for them to come from the office when alot of people don't turn up alot of the time and that i was there anyway so they didn't seem to see any problem.And now to hold my deposit back as the bushes havnt been trimmed enough? I mean what?! The place was a complete disgrace when I moved in overgrown bushes , broken blinds and broken cupboards the list goes on and on and on.....And now they are complaining I haven't cut the bushes properly I mean really what a joke I normally tryed not to read to much in to bad reviews before but they seriously need 2 sort them selves out Also in my early stages of pregnancy they what do they expect me 2 go out with a chainsaw and cut it in half, they sure would of moaned then (I trimmed the bushes with caution as I thought they wouldn't like it if I cut too much off )

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this agency,and I would like to give a heads up to others who are looking to rent through them.I know how difficult is when you find a house you like but at least you can be more careful than us. So we were renting property for 4 years, had just regular 6m checks which were fine, however landlord was involved from the beginning,we had to meet him,ask him permission for literally everywhere. At the end he asked us to leave the house in one way and agency did the worst report possible to make money out for both I presume. We feel completely betrayed and frauded. It is a long story to write so I won't go in details .We had to pay for things we were told to leave in the way we did and never got a chance to fix things how they wanted. They are just money,money,money! No humanity,not listening,just strictly by the book and making money in their and landlords interest. So, if you ever have to rent property through them, do everything by the contract,report every single bit and don't let landlord be involved in anything! Don't let them take your hard earned money for lie's ! Good luck

The service we have recieved from this company has been absolutely appalling. They took over some properties we let out through an estate agent due to buying out the practice. After previous bad experiences with belvoir we tried to leave them which they dragged out nearly 6 months. as well as telling outright lies about when tenants were moving out losing us rental income. The response rate of the office was appalling, one tenant moved out on the 5th of July, they notified us in august and then were unable to find the keys for 3 weeks. Its rediculous. I STRONGLY recommend anyone other than this company.

Not bad until I left the property. Then I had zero communication from a female property manager in the Brighton store, would not respond to my calls and emails when I was only asking for an update. When I finally spoke to her she told me she was too busy helping others. Really poor service, she sounded way out of her depth.

Awful company, I let a property with the Basingstoke branch. They received fraudulent emails attempting to update my bank account details. They acted on these without contacting me to verify and sent the rent to the fraudulent account. When asked about this the director stated it was normal to update bank details without checking and 'what do you want us to do call everyone after an update? They then suggested that I had created the fraudulent account. Needless to say I'm cancelling my contract with them.

Manchester branch What a shambolic agency nothing but trouble They don’t repair things had a bathroom radiator hanging off for six months took over a year to fix front door then after one tennant moved out and another moved they didn’t change the names in the tenancy then seven months later served with a eviction as she hadn’t passed credit checks and should not of been allowed to move in after having left letters threatening us with court action for not moving and not handing keys back even though we had they then apologised and said it was a error stay well clear of them
