Wolverhampton office. Heidi and Tammy are assets to this company! Their integrity is refreshing. Excellent communication, nothing is too much trouble⦠and I was trouble! All the staff were amazing but in particular these two.

If I could give them 0 I would they are THE WORST LETTING AGENTS EVER they don't give a damn about their tenants, they make constant mistakes that can be avoided, are not competent at their jobs at all and they're thieves they take your money and do whatever they can not to give it back including making up lies. Never just accept anything they say at face value and challenge them on everything. Literal worst letting agents I've ever had to use. Disgusting behaviour ignoring tenant pleas for help and covering up landlords illegal doings. Currently reporting them to the council for the treatment I've received. As useful as a chocolate teapot the lot of you.

Anyone renting a property in Glasgow and surrounding area that was previously under edzell check your paperwork!! I have been informed there is no record of paying deposits for flat or pet (do you know a letting agency that does not take a month security deposit π€) luckily we have e mails and copy of records so im taking legal advice in this matter!!absolute joke is

Katie came to inspect our old property while we were in the middle of moving out and was fantastic. She was extremely reasonable with her inspection, as well as kind and friendly throughout. I wish more property inspections were like this!

Unfortunately, we trusted them with looking after our property whilst we were abroad. Although we cannot fault their communication and collection of rent, the inspection regime was shocking. On our return we received a final inspection report stating everything clean and tidy and so we refunded the deposit. 4 weeks later we are finally completing the repairs and rectification work including a fist sized hole in a wall, not reported. Would not recommend.

Do not rent through these people. We moved into a property which was absolutely filthy and many items were broken. I sent a polite but formal complaint to them asking them to have the property cleaned and the broken items fixed. My request was ignored. I was very persistent in chasing up with them regarding problems which obviously was a nuisance to them. After my years contract was up they refused to renew my contract meaning myself and my newborn baby needed to find a new home very quickly. On moving out they tried to keep my deposit due to broken items.... items which were broken when I moved in and I had repeatedly asked them to fixed. Luckily I had taken photographs of EVERYTHING when I moved in so I got my deposit back. Do no trust these people. They are no better than slum landlords.

Lack of communication and heavy reliance on non-flexible automated viewing system. To say that rent is the most costly thing we pay out these days you would expect more enthusiasm from the start. Will be taking this as a sign of future treatment, and not bother using this company. Good forbid having an issue whilst living under their management, you'd be ignored... Yet still take your money? Wow. No thanks. Big shame. Get your act together.

If it was possible to give no stars - then that would be the rating. Dealt with this company over the one year rental of a property in Manchester for my daughter - paid a deposit along with another student family / informed that we had secured the property, only to be told the following week that the apartment had been allocated to another party. Please be aware of the type of Company that you will be dealing with should you ever elect to use them.

When I moved to property I had high hopes as they said they would sort out some problems with house before I moved in,well didn't happen, like outside hand rail which was really loose I really needed it fixed as have mobility issues, asked again when I moved in still nothing ,phone calls emails still nothing,then water coming in kitchen as you can imagine a health issue more calls emails that was 20th Dec it took till September next year for them to do something, Dec again I had sewage come up bath toilet over flowing with water and sewage, 30 calls 3 live chats emails still nothing for 10 days,I had to use bucket to do toilet eventually I had to go stay with sister, I eventually got Nicola on phone she said I quote ..I will see what I can do,she sent out gas man to fix plumbing job,low and behold he couldn't fix it,he said he would contact agent, if I didn't hear back I was to call,well I didn't hear back,I could go on and on with other things that weren't sorted but would take to long,good luck to anyone who uses this agency because you will need it

Absolutely incredible! Ben Coss and Billy Walsh honestly went above and beyond to support us with the purchase of our new house. After a really long and stressful 6 months process, due to the complexity and a bad choice of our solicitors, they stuck with us and continued to keep the momentum up to allow us to achieve our forever home. Every single email was always replied to and dealt with professionally, they really did not need to give us anything but still did and we will be forever grateful for their support. We have just organised to rent our previous property with them as we trust them whole heartedly and would not choose any other Estate Agent! Thanks so much to you guys!!! Danielle

The worst agent, they try to shift the responsibility 24/7 and deduct the deposit without any sensible reason. Horrible charges and unfair treatment for Asian tenants. We canβt make any joint agreement even though we have provided evidence and clauses of the contract. When we moved out, we kept most areas in the same state of cleanliness as shown in pics, but they still charged me Β£440 (btw just two hours of cleaning, and it doesnβt look like a professional one).Do not ever choose them for letting!

Worst estate agency out there! Best way to say this, is that they simply do not give a **** about their tenants. Anytime you contact them, no one gets back to you. This being calls and emails. Have to chase up every single time! However, when they need something from you they will harass you with messages and calls daily. Any issues reported takes weeks to be looked at. Forgetting appointments and unreliable. I would not recommend. Shocking!

The most disrespectful encounter Iβve ever had with any estate agent. Spoke to a lady who doesnβt know how to control her mouth called abigail foston. From the moment we started conversation over a solution for a property I stayed at of theirs she just had so much disrespect in her exchange. She was very patronizing and condescending towards me and I will never recommend them. Iβm very unproblematic and always avoid encounters like this. Every staff in that company communicate very disrespectfully. I donβt know if itβs because Iβm a colored tenant or if they talk like this to everyone but i have not had a good experience with them.

Oh my jesus! I'm in shock π² we are looking to rent a flat, so I called this agency to arrange a viewing of the property, as soon as I said I have a little baby I got an answer that one bedroom flat won't be suitable for us π² I mean how do you know what is it suitable for me and my baby if I haven't seen the property and there's no such a thing written on the property discription ?! And how can you say such a things? There's no law which is saying that parents cannot live in one bedroom apartment with a baby who's even too small for a nursery π so people if you have babies avoid this agency because they will make you feel bad about having them!!!!
