Rented a property from Connells, at the end of term landlord tried to exploit and grab the deposit and Connells acted like they can’t take any responsibility. Connells were the ones rented the property and should’ve taken some responsibility.

Had my survey today and honestly couldn’t have felt more at ease. Super kind and polite throughout, even complimented my home. Came prepared with ladders for the loft, wore shoe protectors, and even helped put the hatch back that I couldn’t.

Terrible service, this company will just treat you like a number. Remember you are not important to them. 1st they sold me a flat of non standard construction they claim they didn't know that, but there iwn surveyor know that without looking at the flat!

I feel completely let down by Connells Mortgage Services. I was sold a “mortgage advisor for life” service and trusted that this meant I would have ongoing professional support whenever I needed it. Unfortunately, as soon as the payment was taken, all contact stopped.

GoogleJames Bell is a fantastic letting agent. To say that it was a stressful time was an understatement but James really helped us easing our anxiety. There was a hiccup where we had to be swapped over to a different agent which did delay things a bit. However this is not on James or Connells it’s just one of those things. Fantastic customer service will use again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They took my deposit after assuring me I would get the apartment, fully knowing my situation. Once they had my money, the communication became almost impossible you can’t reach them after 12pm, and they completely stopped responding to messages and calls.

GoogleJustin is an honest, very kind and patient Estate Agent, and the agent you want for selling your property. Although I took my house of the market due to personal reasons, Justin was understanding and very kind, if I was to sell my property I would go straight to Connells and Justin, you just do not find honest, kind and professional Estate Agents like Justin. Would highly recommend Connells to sell your property. More people give bad reviews than good, however when something is excellent and beyond expectations, people review. This is why Connells has all five star reviews..

GoogleI was dreading having to go through the process of our remortgage as it has always felt very invasive to me in the past but Linda changed that whole experience for me. I felt very relaxed through the whole process, she was very polite, welcoming, efficient and made it all seem so simple. Linda was also very responsive if I had any questions and reassuring if I was worried about anything. 100% recommend her if you are looking for a mortgage.

GoogleHow am I giving them money to 'manage' a property when they do little to no work. I wish I had the confidence to charge for a service and then did absolutely nothing. Kudos for that at least. After multiple requests for updates and after logging a complaint, they have resigned to ignoring me

Delivered on promises to get viewers into the door. I like other local agents they had a high flow of viewings resulting in a rapid sale of my house at a very competitive sale price. Easy to deal with good communication throughout and advice.

GoogleMost Professional Esate Agents out there! I have had the pleasure of working with personnel from Connells in Andover several times, to purchase a property and now assigned them to manage a buy to let. Having worked alongside others such as Brockenhurst to name but one, I must say Connells are both a breath of fresh air, higlely professional and courteous. Ash is the branch manager and is always helpful and polite. He appears to lead the branch with style and to be an excellent manager. On the lettings side, Elizabeth and Oly are superb and working with them has been a real pleasure. In summary, if you want a stress free experience, sound advice and trusted agents to buy from or indeed manage a rental, why search for a smaller, perhaps cheaper branch... GoogleGreat service and communication. I used their mortgage service and am glad I picked them after viewing some properties. As a first time buyer, everything was explained to me and all options were explored. Paperwork was simple and I felt that I was really taken care of and kept informed throughout the process. Their 'lifetime' service means that I will be using them again and again and I am glad that I'll be going back to them in the future. Can't thank Tristan and the team enough for all the help and support.
