What can we say? From the moment we met Max at the valuation meeting we knew Coleman Estates was the right agent for us. I must admit, to start with I was worried that Max had perfected the Estate Agents 'patter' and had over promised and couldn't possibly deliver. 'We'll have this sold in a week' he said. But sure enough a week later we had sold. The team are great at their jobs. From Danielle, Jo and Dawn in the office keeping us informed of viewings and feedback, to Phil doing a great job of showing the property and keeping our cats company. The communication from start to finish has been a dream and any question was answered as though it was the first time they had been asked. I can hand on heart say we couldn't have done without them, we were complete novices and their help and guidance meant the process was as stress free as selling a house can be.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From my initial dealings with Coleman’s Estates my experience has been nothing but positive. They have been very responsive to any issues that I have had and resolved them promptly. Always respectful, friendly and attentive. During my tenancy the property inspector performed his regular visits. The first time I met Phil I found him to be very friendly and professional. He always arrived within the allocated time slot for the visit and is extremely attentive during his checks. He is very thorough when working but always ensures he asks if I’m ok too. Any issues that I have had and reported to him have been activated almost immediately. I actually look forward to seeing Phil as he is a pleasant gentleman who makes tenants feel comfortable. We are in the process of selling our house and buying our new home through Coleman’s, and we are really pleased with the excellent level of individual service that we are receiving. From our first contact with the team, they have been professional, friendly, very communicative and responsive. We made our decision to sell with Coleman’s based on our first meeting with Max - he was really knowledgeable about the local market, descriptive on the methods they would use to sell our house and really friendly. We wanted to sell quickly, and they sold our house within 5 days. Max knew the type of house we were looking for, and helped us to find that really early on. We’ve mainly been dealing with Joanne and Dawn in the office, and they’ve been so lovely, and make you feel very welcome when you call up. We recently sold our family home earlier this year with Coleman Estates and the service was great from start to finish! They certainly didn’t make it feel like we were in the middle of a pandemic and our house sold within 10 days! From start to finish Jo kept us well informed and phone calls and e-mails were always responded to in a timely manner. We used the all inclusive package that they had to offer and it was great knowing one fee included absolutely everything and there were no hidden extras. Later on in the year we then went on to purchase a property through Coleman Estates where again, the service was absolutely brilliant from Max and Dawn! I gave Coleman’s a 5 star review about 5 years ago. However over the last year or so their service waned. It was also very disappointing to discover that the in-going inspections on both my properties were inadequate, lacked detail and photographs. They no longer attend to my rentals and I would not recommend.
