Dawn is outstanding as she dealt with problems that our solicitor should of sorted. She replies instantly to emails and phone calls. I do not recommend colemans estate agents. I specifically asked for a cash buyer no chains. After 4 months into sale it was bought to my attention that the purchaser was in fact in a chain. This fell through and left me without a sale and 5 months wasted. The sale fell through because the buyer couldn't wait for the Management company to present the Management pack and didn't want to lose the sale of there house.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Coleman Estates! From start to finish, the entire lettings process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Ashleigh and Joanne were an absolute star!!!! always helpful, proactive, and ready to assist with any questions I had. I called their office multiple times, and each time, the two of them were more than willing to help, making everything feel effortless. I’d also say that Coleman Estates truly stands out in Telford for their speed and professionalism. The viewing was arranged quickly, Joanne showed me and my husband around the property. Hi Folks We used Colemans for the first time recently having used many other larger more well known agents over the years and i cannot stress enough how impressed my wife and i were from day one , throughout the entire process they have been thoroughly proffessional, absolutely efficient, courteous and responsive to our particular needs and yet somehow regardless of their "super efficiency" they still seem to maintain that very personal " small family business" kind of feel , if you are looking for an agent to handle what can potentially be one of the most stressful things you'll do then i would heartily recommend Colemans of Telford just give them a call and let them handle things for you i can guarantee it will be plain sailing from there I'd give them ten stars if google reviews allowed it !!!! First class? More like business class! That’s the level of service I’ve received from Colemans or more accurately Joanne, Dawn and Danielle Absolutely amazing and that’s downplaying the service I’ve had from these lovely people over the past year through two sales and one purchase their service has been faultless Lets begin with the unfortunate first sale of my mothers property. I didn’t have to do one single viewing which with the emotion of the time was welcome news Colemans did 25 viewings for me in less than 2 weeks followed by arranging and discussing 10 serious offers with me. Joanne made certain that when speaking to me about the buyers I knew what to look for, who to consider for final offers and the reasons why. This was all completed from viewings to sold “subject to contract” at Christmas 2021 to the end of January 2022. They also did me a deal with a solicitor firm which meant my solicitor/conveyancing fees were significantly reduced and any issues I had that I couldn’t resolve with the solicitors, Joanne was always happy to step in to help and contact them directly Unfortunately this then was followed was some major bad luck in that when the buyer’s bank did a survey the surveyor incorrectly said there was spray foam insulation in the loft (which there wasn’t) The problem with this being that most major lenders will not lend on this and more so specialist lenders will who of course charge a higher than normal mortgage rate I managed to arrange a second surveyor to come in and check and unfortunately they knew what they were looking for so simply agreed with the first surveyor. After speaking with Colemans who again were very helpful and my mortgage adviser we agreed the only way forward was to pay to have the roof replaced As you can imagine this wasn’t cheap and of course this meant the offer fell through and by the time the roof was complete all other offers from the originally viewings were gone Colemans or rather Joanne were undeterred by this, charging me no extra they arranged new viewings and again within a week I had new offers I confirmed there was a new roof but the original price stood and it was quickly snapped up and sold. Again considering the emotion of the time I’m so glad I had Colemans on my side to help through an extremely difficult period who kept me updated (and more regularly than my solicitor) throughout the whole emotional experience. Thank you ladies I couldn’t have done it without you

Wow - what a service ! From the initial meeting with Max - which was super clear and really easy to discuss the property and valuation, right through to completion - we were guided and hand held every step of the way. The negotiations were handled with total professionalism and discretion which meant the whole selling process was super smooth and hassle free. NO STRESS. We are very pleased with the excellent service provided by Coleman estates all the way from initial appraisal of our house all the way through to exchange and completion. The assessment and valuation by Max was realistic and honest---unlike some agents we've dealt with who go much too high just to get you on their books. The professional photography arranged by Coleman Estates displayed our house really well. We had multiple viewings within days of going on the market and a buyer in less than two weeks. Throughout the whole process, communication from Jo, Dawn and Danielle in the office was great, with regular updates on how things were progressing. As if all that wasn't enough, their fee was lower than three other local agents we had valuations from. We can't fault Coleman Estates and have recommended them to two of our neighbours who are thinking of selling in the near future.
