I have seen a lot of people buying properties, but they often forget to give a shout-out to the people behind the scenes who make these deals happen. I missed out on at least 7 properties because the agent wasn't communicating efficiently and/or maybe prioritising other investors. However, I then spoke to Jo from Coleman Estates; she took my requirements and understood exactly what I was looking for. Several properties were located in less than a week. The team at Coleman Estates is very talented and communicates professionally. Both Jo and Danielle were giving me regular updates on the sale and did an amazing job to keep all parties in the loop. In my opinion, Coleman Estates are the best estate agent in Shropshire. I have had experience with other agents in the past, but these guys work differently. If you want to purchase or let out your property in the Shropshire area, then give Coleman Estates a call - you won't be disappointed, as they have a wealth of experience and know the market very well. A massive thank you to Jo and the entire team for making this happen.

I had a brilliant experience selling my property through Colemans and would highly recommend them. My personal circumstances were very difficult surrounding the sale and they were so understanding and compassionate. Max ensured my sale proceeded quickly and found buyers within a week which took a lot of the pressure off! Jo and Dawn in the office went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process. I have dealt with Coleman estate agents twice now. Sold both houses with them and the process has been very well handled. Evening during lockdown we still had viewings and feedback on the one house. From offer to accepting was fast and updates on a regular basis from Coleman’s. Selling our second home was even quicker. Had reassurance from Dawn on the valuation, and how the market was at the time. We had many viewings and feedback was provided. On offer of our property Coleman took charge and got me the best deal. My house is going through the motions and I am getting regular updates via Coleman and the solicitor they put me in touch with. Dawn has been fantastic through the process and given me confidence my house is a priority and feel at ease knowing it’s being dealt with while I focus on my new house. The best selling experience ever ( comparing to London, Essex and Shropshire area). The house valuation completed by Max was very friendly and professional with presenting all the pros and cons, avoiding any kind of pushy techniques. He explained us all the related costs and process. Even though our sale collapsed due to our buyer’s issues, ladies from Colman’s Estate ( Dawn and Jo) were very proactive by re-advertising the property in timely manner and arranged 10 viewings within two days. We have accepted another offer really quickly. Very supportive approach, monitoring the progress from both ends- buyers and sellers and communication was superb. We have never had an issue to contact the office and check the progress. We have used recommended by Colman’s Estate solicitor as a part of the package what was absolutely seamless experience. We have recommended successfully this particular estate agents to our neighbors and friends, as they could see the progress of our sale.

I am a Hong Konger who has arrived in the UK for the first time. I am so lucky to meet these two enthusiastic ladies, Alice and Joanna. As I said, I have not been in the UK for a long time and my English is not very good. It is very difficult for me to find a suitable property without knowing much about the rental process in the UK. After many failures, I met Alice and Joanna when I was feeling hopeless. After I viewed the property, Alice and Joanna carefully understood my situation. Although I couldn't express myself clearly in words, I felt that the two ladies were willing to listen carefully to my expression. After understanding my situation, they discussed my situation with the owner. Start communicating. Without a doubt, we would not hesitate in recommending Coleman Estates, especially Linzie. If it wasn't for Linzie we would not be in our lovely new house. From the first call, to arranging a viewing on the potential new property, to putting in an offer, getting it accepted and then selling our own property through Linzie, which I must say was on the market for 2 hours and we had a viewing . . . Which put an offer in the next day!! Every step of the way, we was kept updated, and no matter how small or silly the question was, we always got an answer back straight away. You can see why Coleman Estates is doing so well in Telford. You always hear bad names about estate agents, but I can safely say we didn't get any of this from them! So different from all the other estate agents we had round to value our house - Kate Coleman was lovely, professional and really put us at ease as we were leaving our home in their hands after deciding to go travelling for an extended period of time. Upon our return we found that our home was kept immaculately and we had full rent over the three year period, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Max was also kind enough to provide us with a sales valuation half way through the tenancy at no extra cost which we really appreciated and very useful. Highly recommended.

Solid service. I am a Charered Surveyor and was fairly confident on my property's value. We had 3 agents round, 2 undervalued (£15k less enables them to get a quick sale and the reduced fee is negligible), Colmans pitched where I thought. I also asked what I could do to better present the house, Colmans were confident it would sell as is, various suggestions were made by the other two which would have costed around £2,000. Max Coleman has been totally dedicated to finding us a buyer for our house. He was recommended by good friends of ours as being the man for the job and he has certainly proved himself to be just that. He is friendly, pleasant, personable and hugely experienced, with a 'can-do' attitude. We saw three estate agents initially and Max was the only one able to give us an immediate price that was spot-on. He has proved himself to be conscientious and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend him. His office staff have been at all times friendly and very helpful. I can only say good things about using Coleman’s Estates. From the first visit from Max to the day we completed on our sale and purchase the service has been second to none. The excellent all inclusive sale package is great value and the recommended solicitors were excellent.
