I recently sold my two bedroomed property using Coleman Estates. My assigned Estate Agent was very professional, very organised and kept me well informed when arranging all the viewings in the early stages and took me through the Offer acceptance stage smoothly. Towards agreeing exchange and completion there were some challenges but the Agent was an excellent negotiator with a very pragmatic mind-set that led to the sale of the house proceeding. I was satisfied with what I sold the house for, the rate at which it was sold and the level of communication throughout the process. Also the recommended solicitors, Gallaghers, were really good throughout the whole process and particularly good at keeping me informed, which is very reassuring. I'm happy to recommend Colemans.

Do not rent anything from them, They don't return Deposits and advise landlords to claim damages! I rented a house for 4 years, I have repaired and cleaned the house before moving out. I asked the landlord if he would like anything else repaired before leaving and did not ask for anything. For 4 months they kept stretching out paying out the deposit. Now they came up with bills racking up £1500 for the repairs. Why? Because Coleman Estates advised them, that they can make a deduction from the deposit. I asked "under what grounds from the contract did they advised them?", and they can't answer that because they did not designing the legal document. And the document is actually nothing to do with Coleman estates either. Not sure why they stick their logo on the documents and give legal advice on stuff that they know nothing about. They apparently didn't even see the property and how it was left. Not to mention I did most of the repairs over the 4 years and was never paid for it. RENTERS BE AWARE

What a Breath of fresh air. We had used other letting agents and estate agents within the Telford area whilst looking for a property to Let. Following a few less than perfect general customer service experiences with other agents; we came across Coleman Estates and Lettings and were vastly blown away by how professional this company is. With other agents when asked to be kept informed of any properties that may come up we received general emails with properties not within our preferred search criteria. With Coleman's we did not receive an email! We received a personal phone call from their team with up and coming properties that fitted to our requirements. Viewings were arranged and we were informed of every detail along the process! We submitted our application and completed all the necessary checks and within a fast period were accepted. Their process was both thorough and professional ! We were told that all the checks would be completed in up to Seven days. Working together in chasing references and providing accurate and reliable information our checks were completed in two days and Letter offering tenancy was issued! They have a vastly professional and knowledgable team, both Joanne and Charlotte were amazing. The difference was outstanding and I can see why their company motto is "Premium Service as standard" I can honestly say there was nothing Standard about their service!! When we had a query the Company Director took our call and used her years of experience to put our mind at rest! Thank you Kate Coleman! Not many Directors are available to take calls but you were! I would highly recommend their services and would certainly recommend your FIRST called within the area to be "Coleman Estates" JD

Max and his team have recently sold our house for us in Wellington and we were delighted with the service provided. The team are always professional and extremely efficient. We have purchased many houses through different estate agents over the years, some good, some bad, but Max and his team are some of the good guys. Avoid if you’re look to rent or get in contact with the landlord or building manager directly if possible! At best they’re unprofessional, at worst they’re negligent of their tenants. During the end of my tenancy, they were just illegally letting themselves into my apartment to conduct viewings, while I was at work. Never confirmed with me or told me prior. No knowledge as to how many times they did this. I was also told that I wasn't the only one they had done this to and in fact, they had carried out 5 viewings in a different tenant's apartment without prior notice for any of them. Even from the start, when I was first looking to rent they were generally unprofessional. They confirmed a viewing with me but then was unresponsive till the day of the viewing. They then told me that they had never actually confirmed it with the tenant, which meant I wasted money, as I had booked travel in advance. As well as that, they were just constantly misspelling my name even on formal documents.

Max and his team worked very hard to sell my property. I cannot fault the number of viewings I had over the time my property was for sale.
