Selling a house through Colemans, from start to finish, they were ultra professional. We had a variety of other valuations, but the detail, promptness and professional finish, from in person interactions to paperwork, really swayed us to sell with Coleman. Joanna and Dawn in particular were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were so positive and reassuring during a stressful time! It was our first house sale, but I was patronised, which I had been by other estate agents, and I always felt comfortable to ask the ‘silly’ questions. The photographer was super professional and sensitive to what we wanted to highlight in the property. We had 15+ viewings within a matter of weeks. Each time a viewing was requested, they were booked in super quickly. Colemans always offered to do the viewing for us and I trusted them to enter and show my home. We accepted a good offer from a first time buyer within 6 weeks of being on the market. At this time, the market was very slow, many properties at a similar price point had been advertised for over 6 months, because of this, we were advised by other agents to market the house at a lower price, but the offer we accepted through Colemans exceeded the other estate agents original starting price. Safe to say we were very happy with the service and couldn’t recommend them enough. Will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you!

Recently met the team at Coleman Estates as we were looking for our first investment property. What can I say? A great team who really care about the customer, for a first timer like me who is new to Buy to Let and Renting, they really understood the situation and communicated well on how to best set up the rental, what to avoid and which areas to invest in etc. Max was an absolute star, outlined our budget and requirements and the stock he showed us around were exactly what we were looking for. We’re now currently in the process of purchasing our first BTL. Great team, friendly, responsive and caring!

We've been letting our 2 properties through Coleman's for over 10 years and always received excellent service. This time Kate and her team went above and beyond. Tenant needed to surrender his AST early. First time this has happened to us. Under difficult circumstances and at very short notice, Jo, Max G and Jodie were able to negotiate the terms of early surrender, get the property back to a good condition and secure a new tenant within a week of the property being vacated. We met Linzie at an open house viewing earlier this year and explained to her the problems we were experiencing with selling our home with another agent. We were provided with all of the information we needed and very quickly switched over to Coleman's. We had lots of viewings by genuinely interested people who were selected properly and didn't mess us around. Linzie was fantastic through the entire process and was very professional and hard working. She gave us regular updates and advice, and in no time at all we had an offer by a lovely couple. Our sale is now complete and we have moved to our dream home a few miles away. I can't recommend Coleman's (especially Linzie) highly enough. If I could have given 10 stars I would have done. Absolute stunning professionals, and I would not hesitate to use them again if I had to. If you are looking to move home give them a call. You won't regret it.
