GoogleReally great Estate Agents. They gave a realistic market price, great customer service, and took care of all our viewings as we moved out of the area. Everyone was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend them.

GoogleWorst customer service I have ever experienced has led me to write my first ever online review. After arranging a viewing at 12:30, we arrived at 12:34 (admittedly late, but surely a few minutes grace period is standard?) to find no one there. After speaking to the office, he had left because he had an appointment at 13:00. Surely they had planned for us to be at the property for longer than five minutes? Will never use or recommend this estate agent.

Hello Mr. Gill - thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I have investigated the matter with the two members of staff involved. Our accompanied viewer left the property at 12.40pm after calling your mobile at 12.35pm to ask where you were. I'm afraid he could not stay any longer as he would have been late to his next appointment. At 12.45pm, we received a phone call to the our office during which my sales negotiator explained this to yourself. After using inappropriate language towards her, you then terminated the phone call. Customer service is paramount to myself and my staff, whilst we are disappointed that the appointment could not take place, due to our tight schedule on Saturdays, we cannot stay past a certain amount of time otherwise we will inconvenience our later appointments. I am satisfied that my staff did all that they could to make sure they fulfilled the highest level of service towards yourself, I am sorry that you do not feel the same way. Should you wish to rebook to see the property, please call our office number and we will book you back in at your convenience.

GoogleI purchased a property through Coleman Estates in 2013 and have used them as my letting agent ever since. I started with one property but now have a few buy-to-lets in different areas of the country and they are head and shoulders above the so called "big boys" of the estate agent world who i have had manage my other properties. I've always dealt with the same people so receive a nice personal service, any problems are easily resolved with one phone call and i would fully recommend their services to anyone who needs an estate agent. Top class!

GoogleI have used Coleman’s Estate Agents to both manage my rental portfolio and also to sell properties for the last 4 years. I have always found the staff, headed up by Kate Coleman, to be very professional and proactive during my dealings with them. Whilst they no longer manage my properties (I do this myself now) I continue to sell properties ( 4 in the last 2 years) using Coleman’s and Max and Emma, along with their support staff have been super-efficient in securing buyers. I’m a happy customer and will continue to use Coleman’s.

GoogleI was promised that my house would be sold, and it didn't even take a week of being on the market before an offer was accepted! All the staff who supported the sale of our house were a pleasure to deal with. I was kept well informed by the team during the process and they were also on hand to answer any queries I had. Having invited other estate agents to quote, i chose Coleman Estates as I thought their price was fair and I also felt more at ease when speaking to Max. I would definitely recommend Coleman Estates to anyone who was interested in selling their house and I'm sure we will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks guys!

GoogleI have previously used Coleman Estates to sell a property and have returned to them again to sell my current property, I can highly recommend them for their excellent and highly professional service they offer. They have now sold 2 properties for me and the second of which sold within 48hrs of being advertised, I have no doubt this was due to their skill at marketing and the number of contacts they have. All the staff have been very friendly and kept us well informed through the process.

GoogleWe have just bought a lovely cottage and Dawn at Coleman Estates was our main contact. She was great. Very efficient, very helpful and always did exactly what she said she was going to do. Our purchase wasn't a simple one, being a very rural property, but with Dawn's help everything was fine. Would use them again.
