GoogleI gave Coleman’s a 5 star review about 5 years ago. However over the last year or so their service waned. It was also very disappointing to discover that the in-going inspections on both my properties were inadequate, lacked detail and photographs. They no longer attend to my rentals and I would not recommend.

We are sorry that you felt the service had waned and regret that you did not discuss this with us prior to posting a review, especially in light of the 5* service previously noted. Our inventory reports are one of the most detailed on the market in terms of photography and text and we cannot be held responsible for decisions made by deposit scheme adjudicators. We would like to note that during the timescale noted, one tenant's move was nearly impacted by cancellation of removals and carpet fitters for her new property, due to Covid. We arranged for a new carpet fitter and a new removal firm to attend within 24 hours and a member of staff worked overtime on a Saturday to facilitate the move so that your property could be returned to you on time. I feel this adequately demonstrates the 5* service provided by our team and cannot agree that this deserves a 1* review.

GoogleWorst customer service I have ever experienced has led me to write my first ever online review.
After arranging a viewing at 12:30, we arrived at 12:34 (admittedly late, but surely a few minutes grace period is standard?) to find no one there. After speaking to the office, he had left because he had an appointment at 13:00. Surely they had planned for us to be at the property for longer than five minutes? Will never use or recommend this estate agent.

Hello Mr. Gill - thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I have investigated the matter with the two members of staff involved. Our accompanied viewer left the property at 12.40pm after calling your mobile at 12.35pm to ask where you were. I'm afraid he could not stay any longer as he would have been late to his next appointment. At 12.45pm, we received a phone call to the our office during which my sales negotiator explained this to yourself. After using inappropriate language towards her, you then terminated the phone call.
Customer service is paramount to myself and my staff, whilst we are disappointed that the appointment could not take place, due to our tight schedule on Saturdays, we cannot stay past a certain amount of time otherwise we will inconvenience our later appointments. I am satisfied that my staff did all that they could to make sure they fulfilled the highest level of service towards yourself, I am sorry that you do not feel the same way.
Should you wish to rebook to see the property, please call our office number and we will book you back in at your convenience.

I started with one property but now have a few buy-to-lets in different areas of the country and they are head and shoulders above the so called "big boys" of the estate agent world who i have had manage my other properties. I've always dealt with the same people so receive a nice personal service, any problems are easily resolved with one phone call and i would fully recommend their services to anyone who needs an estate agent. All the staff who supported the sale of our house were a pleasure to deal with. I was kept well informed by the team during the process and they were also on hand to answer any queries I had.
