GoogleI have twice rented houses from Coleman’s and have always received professional, friendly and very prompt service. Everyone I have had contact with at the firm has always taken time to understand what I’ve needed and gone out of their way to help me. The last problem I had was with a leaking boiler: it was fixed on the same afternoon I reported it. While it is clear that Coleman’s are being careful to look after the interests of the landlord I have always felt that I have been given equal consideration as a tenant. You often find yourself speaking to the directors themselves as Coleman Estates is a family firm. This means that they are very close to day to day business, employ competent, efficient and energetic people and ensure that the firm’s family, informal but highly professional ethos is preserved.

GoogleProfessional and friendly. Advice and knowledge all helpful. However please avoid the 1.2% package fee. I have been overcharged 300-400 extra by their recommended solicitors. Had a small amount back, still fighting for the rest. Coleman Estates not in touch unless I hound them.

Whilst I understand and share your frustrations with the charging of extra costs I must make clear that this was not something we were privy to and something the solicitor we introduced had charged without our knowledge. We have subsequently severed our business relationship with this solicitor and are still trying to recover these costs for you. I wholeheartedly apologise that our introduction led to you being charged more than we quoted for you initially - I'd like a chance to discuss this over the phone with you but might ask that you reconsider the 2* review as we did manage to sell the house within 2 weeks for within 2% of your asking price and achieve a completion during lockdown for you with our sales negotiator personally driving to Shrewsbury to assist with key handover. We do try to go above and beyond for clients and our Complete Package includes your EPC, Floorplan and Professional Photography as well as your solicitor's conveyance charge for sale. Hopefully you can find it in your heart to rate our service based on the offer we achieved quickly for you and the subsequent service throughout lockdown rather than the unexpected conduct of a 3rd party introduced by ourselves. GoogleWhat can I say except Coleman Estates are the best letting agent I have ever dealt with and I've been renting for over 17 years. From the minute I applied for a property with them they have been so helpful and extremely responsive to everything I've needed and this has continued throughout my tenancy. Nothing is too much trouble (& I am fussy!), Kate and Jo are amazing and so lovely to deal with. Thank you so much for being so ace...I look forward to staying with Coleman's for many years!

GoogleWe initially let out our property, before deciding to sell it after over a year. Both Coleman's letting dept and sales dept have been excellent throughout, going out of their way to help, especially as we were some distance from our property. If we were to buy/sell in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to use Coleman's.
