Chhaya provided a Capital Gains Tax valuation for our commercial/residential property. Despite all the challenges of researching 1982 valuations during the Covid lockdown Chhaya was very persistent and managed to visit the British Library to obtain historical prices and provide a comprehensive report that met our needs. Isabella Murton has been so helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect and I feel I get excellent value for money as nothing is ever too much trouble for Isabella and I feel my property in fully managed and myself and the tenants are very well looked after.

I rented a place through snellers and the person who we contacted for information, for complaints or anything was Amira Valentine-George. She took good care of us (me and my flatmates), responding to emails fast, was efficient, and tried to set up dates for plumbers to visit us as fast as possible to fix our problems. Although plumbers took sometime to visit, it could’ve been cause of earlier booking, she tried though. I think she is a decent agent and I do recommend her.
