There were a few hiccups when I moved in to the house however, although it was a weekend, Lisa was immediately available and came to the house to assist. I have found Lisa to be approachable, efficient, professional and helpful. I have recently moved to the UK and Lisa has gone beyond the call of duty providing advice and support. I can highly recommend Lisa who balances the interests of both landlord and tenant.

GoogleWe moved to Snellers Property Management about 18 months ago, and I have been so impressed. Our Property Manager, Jonathan, is the best we have ever had - responsive, proactive and efficient. Previous managers had failed for years to organise works such as replacing the cracked front path - Jonathan had it completed within a few months of taking on our property. He also understands about keeping costs down and has reduced our expenditure from the previous managers. Highly recommend Snellers, and Jonathan in particular.

GoogleSigned sole agency contract with Sharon. The unit we had we wanted to start the marketing at the higher price and perhaps a price drop at some point. For the whole period we had not much feedback and luck of communication from them as from our agents. We had to call them for feedback which should be the other way arround. We let the property through different agent instead who knew how to communicate. We still needed to pay £ 900 for the marketing that they have done - the other agents don't charge you for that . If you want to let your unit with snellers - read the contract properly before you sign , and perhaps think twice before you put your unit on the market with them

Staff have always been efficient in responding to any queries that we have. The whole process from arranging a viewing of the property to moving into the flat was all relatively simple and hassle-free.Our property manager Bella has been a great help in assisting us with any issues and queries that we've had. This has made the first few weeks since moving into our new rental flat a lot less stressful.

Avoid buying any property with this agent. I withdrew my offer due to their unprofessional and untrustworthy behaviors. Despite the fact that the seller accepted my offer, and that my mortgage was ready, Snellers (St Margarets) kept the property open for new viewings without exposing that it's under offer. I learned about the situation, having shared my friend's contact info with them. They recommended the very same house to my friend, unintelligently forgetting about the definition of friendship.
