Our agent, Georgina, has done an amazing job helping us as a new RTM company. She has organized many bids for a major roof replacement, and also was invaluable as a guide to all the pitfalls of undertaking such work. She is very overloaded with clients at Snellers (so this review is for her, not Snellers in general), yet she manages to organise our AGMs, difficult building management issues, and all the work that needs to be done after a long period of neglect by our freeholders. Georgina has also helped us manage one of the residents who was in major arrears, and helped us move through both legal and mediation efforts successfully. As a director of the building, I don't know how we could manage without Georgina, and I hope she never retires!

Brilliant Customer Service from Sophie Sheppard

I have been renting a flat through Snellers for 1 year now and I am generally happy with my overall experience apart from a few little things. I must highlight the brilliant customer service received from Sophie Sheppard though. She is very professional On one occasion I lost my patience and my cool which was not good. It wasn't her fault but she handled it very professionally and gracefully and still helped me fully to resolve the issue. I had to apologise after. I have been a customer of Snellers since 2008. I have a couple of properties that I rent out in London and elsewhere and I can safely say that the experience and overall customer service from Snellers is the best! Even with changes in account managers over the years the high standards are maintained. Perfect example of this is my interaction with Shaun Brayshaw who is my property manager. He is always professional, always super efficient and more importantly gets the job done and keeps me informed at all stages. Cannot ask for more. He is brilliant and is a credit to Snellers and their brand!

Excellent Service for Tenants

Snellers Teddington have been excellent all throughout our tenancy. Sophie Sheppard: the renter’s best friend…

Sophie and Bethany have been a brilliant support to my husband and I whilst in a 7 year let in a property they manage.Initially we were given a designated agent to contact and that seemed to change all the time. But in recent years Sophie and Bethany have been managing the lets and things have greatly improved, due to that consistency of care. Sophie in particular has been great - she knows us now and the quirks of the Victorian property itself and the ins-&-outs such a period property can have. Sophie has never left us in limbo and has always moved on things quickly and helped our landlady keep this Victorian lady still standing & comfortable.As lifelong renters we have experienced many ups and downs with agencies, but Snellers has by far and away been the best we’ve had. If we weren’t moving out of the area, we would have looked to move into another of their managed properties going forward, as a result of the service and support we’ve received as renters. Consistency and good support are rare in letting agencies, but Sophie & Bethany & their team have managed it consistently for us in our time as their tenants.

I let a flat in Teddington, through Snellers Estate Agents.
