Over 10 years of experience letting our properry we have had a mixed bag with the letting agent side of Snellers. Over the years we have had at times, a very poor service, which seems to be very dependent on the person who is managing your property and of course the tenant in the property also.But over the last 2 years I am very happy to give the 5* to Sophie Sheppard who listened to my concerns and managed to rectify many issues within a very reasonable timescale when she took over managing the letting of my property.We are now selling the property with Snellers and Sophie continues to provide the information we need to provide to the buyer, eg safety certificates and she ensures they remain up to date so we comply with the regulations associated with letting a property.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Use of gas lighting techniques like ringing 7 times in a row changing the storey each time. Lied about things being renovated before we moved in at the viewing and lied about the landlord using the garage for his own storage. All of this after we signed the tenancy agreement. I have been renting for the last 25 years and this was one of the worst experiences I have had with estate agents.

GoogleI’m a leaseholder in a block or 7 flats in twickenham I live on the top floor and have a serious issues with leaking from the roof. My living room and 2 bedrooms had serious issues with damp and mould Shantelle from the block management team was so amazing with handling the issue with the roof and contractors to come in and get my flat looking brand new again amazing job thank you Shantelle.
