Do not trust this agency

Do not trust this agency. Their reviews are fake, and they force you to write a review. Fake ads, and pretty much useless. Last time I rang at the office, they told me to speak to landlord. It is not going to solve the neighbourhood issues in the flat. Point is the place was advertised with a bed and QUIET! It is just a mental place. Sarah Tranter is also a lying robot - she does not reply to her emails same as her colleagues.

Can't get anything correct

This is a review for the Teddington office. I cannot believe how many emails this company sends out that are incorrect! It is incompetence at the highest level. I would never recommend them as they 100% can't get accounting correct and write emails that are impossible to understand. Not a one off but going on for months.

Snellers is unresponsive

Snellers manages the property that I intended to purchase. I was asked to complete a pet consent form for a fee of 144 GBP. Multiple emails to Pryce at Sellers did not receive a response. Finally, contrary to the terms of the leasehold, I was told no dogs allowed. I asked for a refund of the fee since there was no reason so submit a pet consent form for a dog since dogs were prohibited anyway. No response on refund.

Nathaniel ensures everyone is kept informed, is polite, thorough and helpful always. Clearly, he has pride in his work and this shows. It makes such a difference when such care and effort is taken to ensure everyone is working together for the best outcome. Snellers has acted as our managing agent for around 4 years. For 3 of those years the service was not very good at all with regular interventions required and high turnover of staff. For the last year however we have had fantastic service from Nathaniel Evanson, to such an extent that I wanted to record it somewhere. He has been everything that we have been missing. Responds to emails promptly, visits the property, picks up the phone and shows a genuine interest when speaking about the property. Very happy with service currently received and all thanks to Nathaniel.

We liaised with Dyaun who was an absolute star and driving force in ensuring our first purchase went ahead smoothly and quickly. Pushy all the way.

In order to quicken a sale, Snellers suggested to use a Search from the previous Buyer saying it would save me money. Their Memoranda of Sale with unrealistic deadlines highlighted with a marker pen so unprofessional. To cap it all, the Vendor agreed my offer of the full asking price the day following viewing but would Snellers take it off the market as I requested. No. Not even show it as Under Offer or SSTC. They even had the nerve to say there might be further viewings. Also kept sending silly e mail reminders to my Solicitors every 2 weeks or so. My Solicitors and I spentfar more hours on not only my purchase but my sale in getting thetransactions across the line. Avoid.
