GoogleI instructed Jackson Stops, Teddington in late August 2020 to conduct the sale of my local property. Dan Burkinshaw, director, oversaw the transaction impressively from day one, leaving the day to day process mainly in the hands of a young man, Tobias Klomps. Tobias was always polite but firm in his exchanges with myself and my wife, prompt in responding to texts and phone calls, and worked diligently and with no little skill in his conduct of the bulk of the many early viewings at the property which led to an agreement STC at above the asking price. Subsequently he dealt with numerous phone calls from the ultimate purchasers, arranged visits on their behalf (well in excess of double figures) by architects, builders and other contractors over a period of two months or more, throughout which time he displayed two key attributes- patience and persistence; no easy feat during a pandemic. Our reward was the sale of the property and the ability to purchase another we had set our heart on; his reward, we hope-was the knowledge that he had done everything he could to achieve a successful outcome and had done so in the most professional manner. There were of course others who were involved in less conspicuous roles in the office and our thanks goes to them and to all the Teddington team

Francesca was very efficient, attentive and knowledgeable in helping me from the initial stages of the viewing to receiving of the keys. Francesca consistently checked in and communicated where we were at within the process. Jackson-Stops professionalism and customer service approach has been refreshing and the best I have experienced within the property industry. I would have no doubts working with them in the future, and I would highly recommend.

GoogleMy partner and I have just signed a rental contract with them, and their service so far has been excellent. Everyone we have spoken with at the agency has been incredibly professional. Francesca Bradbury went out of her way to accommodate a couple of last-minute viewings for us, which allowed us to find our ideal place. Mark Birch conducted the viewings, providing us with all the information we needed. He has been extremely professional and responsive, very attentive to our every question, which has reassured us at every step throughout this process. GoogleFrom Ganesh I never usually write reviews, yet now I feel inclined to do so since I have recently rented a flat through Jackson Stops estate agents in Teddington in which I had a fabulous experience. Alex (Alexander Bassett-Romo) and team (Mark Birch and Lara Hammond) were the friendliest and most honest estate agents I’ve ever encountered to date. I was looking for a property to rent in short notice, and Alex was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and responsive in any communication with me throughout. He kept me up to date on everything and could not have wished for better understanding and service of what I wanted. I will now be moving into a property that I like. GoogleHaving exchanged on our house in Wandsworth and, not having found a house to buy in the Teddington area but not wanting to lose our purchaser, my wife and I needed a rental home quickly. The house which we wanted to rent was to be let by the JSS team (led by Mark Birch and ably supported by Adam Cunnington). This was to our good fortune because Mark and his team were at all times highly professional in their dealings with us; they were invariably polite and courteous and super responsive, which made dealing with them both productive and pleasant. GoogleJackson-Stops have been our letting agents for around 10 years now, and when push comes to shove, they always step up to the plate. In January our long term tennants of 7 years moved on, and so it was time to give the house some much needed TLC, and of course, find new Tenants! Mark Birch and his team gave us great advice on how to approach sprucing up the house and finding people to do the work (builders, decorators, plumbers, gardeners, kitchen and furnishing designers, locksmith, etc). I really appreciated the no-nonsense and direct approach of the team - it enabled us to get the job done in good time. They also found us some lovely Tenants who really love the house! In short, if I was going to recommend a letting agent, Jackson-Stops would be at the top of my list every time.
