Thanks Richard James team, encountered the change of the landlord and a serious of bad things, which made me have to find a new rent to move in within one week. So I found Richard James directly since I think they are the only one to make it possible. and they made it and helps me getting through the rush moving. Everything perfect, especially thanks Gemma Cowley, quick response and thoughtful. I am very lucky to have such a fantastic Tenancy Manager. Richard James will be the first name in my mind in my future rent or procurement agent to look for.

I've been looking at a move to Swindon for a little while, having researched the areas and amenities carefully. I began to contact local agents to give my details and likes/dislikes - from the first day of contact Richard James were so helpful and friendly with a selection of properties that were totally up my street. (forgive the pun) I decided at that point, that if i could, I would like to work with this agent far above the rest. As things progressed they always kept me up to date on availability and arranging viewings, readily available for a call with any questions I had. Finally I found the perfect home and Jessica West was a great liaison point - I can picture her smiling as we talked on the phone. I felt welcome and valued, now the contracts are all signed and the move in date is pencilled in I feel confident I can speak to them as and when I may need!

We have rented with Richard James for over 4 years now . Due to our landlord selling the house we have had no option but to look for another rental property and the team have been nothing but helpful in supporting us through the process and also finding our next suitable property . We have two young children , one in the local school, so staying in the area was important to us . Rebecca Barrett in particular went above and beyond to help us , even while she was suppose to be enjoying some annual leave ! We are so great full of this. Callum Vernon has since been a great support when it comes to all of the admin involved with the new house ensuring we have all that we need.
